Das Zimmer ist 17 Quadrat Meter, mit Holz Böden und einem großen, hellen Fenster. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben. Die WG befindet sich im ersten und zweiten Stock eines Altbaus, mit einer anderen WG im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer liegt direkt neben der Küche, aber erschreckt euch bitte nicht, man hört wenig davon :) Ansonsten haben wir ein Badezimmer mit getrennter Toilette, Flur/Esszimmer, und zwei andere Schlafzimmer.

You would be moving into a lovely old Bremer House with two separate apartments (we live upstairs). There are three “rooms”, one kitchen, a hallway area, and a separate bathroom and toilet. The room is 17 square meters, with beautiful hardwood floors and high ceilings, with a large window to the back garden and view of a beautiful tree. The room is not furnished.
For the rest of the apartment - we have a cozy kitchen with all amenities (including dishwasher)! In the bathroom we have a bathtub/shower and a separate toilet room.
Unsere WG liegt zentral in der Neustadt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Fußläufig erreichbar haben wir:
- Straßenbahn Linie 4 und in der anderen Richtung die Buslinie 26/27 Richtung Hauptbahnhof
- eine großen Rewe, Penny und Rossmann
- den besten Bäcker der gesamten Neustadt ;)
Wie in der Neustadt typisch gibt es hier viele kleine Lokale und Cafés, sowie Läden mit ausgefallenen Angeboten. Zwar gibt es kein Anwohnerparken aber vor unserer Tür ist so gut wie immer Platz für ein bis zwei Autos.
In ein paar Minuten erreicht man von hier aus den Werdersee, wo eine super Strecke zum Fahrradfahren oder Inlineskaten ist und man an warmen Tagen baden kann.
Our apartment is in the “Neustadt” in a peaceful side street - with easy access:
- public transportation (Bus and Tram a 5 minute walk away)
- Rewe, Penny and Rossman
- several excellent bakeries!
There are also many cafes and restaurants. If you have a car, it is generally easy to find a spot on the street.
The best part is easy access to the Werdersee, where you can relax or swim and hang out!
Wir sind Gabriella and Lys, und wir sehr interessiert an einer Person, die mit uns lebt und mit der wir unsere gemütliche Wohnung teilen können. Wir genießen das gemeinsame Leben seit ugf 4 Jahre zusammen und freuen uns über einen Klönschnak in der Küche, genießen es aber auch sehr unseren Freiraum und Zeit für uns zu haben.
Du passt zu uns, wenn dir interessante Gespräche in deinem Zuhause auch wichtiger sind als eine laute Party.
Beruflich ist Gabriella in der klassischen Musik Branche (Opern Gesang) tätig und Lys hat Geografie studiert.
