Schönes WG-Zimmer in der Bremer Neustadt

Die Haltestelle "Rotes Kreuz Krankenhaus" ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Mit der 4 kommt man von dort in nur 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt und in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem ist die Hochschule direkt um die Ecke. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 5 Minuten da. Falls du zur Uni fahren musst, gehst du einfach zur Haltestelle "Theater am Leibnizplatz" (4 min Fußweg).

Auch an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mangelt es in der Nähe nicht. Penny, Rossmann und Bäcker sind nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt, diverse Cafés, Restaurants, Imbisse, Friseure, Kioske, Kneipen, Bars, etc. sind auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Das allerbeste an der Lage ist allerdings, dass der Werdersee nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Am Werdersee kann man super chillen, joggen, Fahrrad fahren, baden und was dir sonst noch so einfällt!

Sophie ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert WING PT an der Uni. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie gerne Sport (Bouldern, Gym, Kampfsport etc.), unternimmt was und trifft sich gerne mit mit ihren Freunden.

Sonja ist 23 Jahre alt und für ihr Studium in Meeresbiologie letzten Oktober nach Bremen gezogen.
Abseits vom Studium macht sie gerne Sport, geht Kaffee trinken und in Bars mit lieben Leuten oder was auch immer sich grade so ergibt. Sie freut sich außerdem darauf im Frühling endlich mehr Zeit am Werdersee oder Unisee zu verbringen.


Ellen ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert Schiffbau und Meerestechnik an der HS. In ihrer Freizeit findet man sie mit Freunden am Werdersee oder in Bars, lesend auf dem Bolkon oder am Arbeiten in der Gastro.

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Das WG-Leben besteht zur Zeit aus Spieleabenden, Kochen und gemeinsamen Lern-Sessions. Und da sich die Corona Situation so langsam wieder gelegt hat gehen wir auch wieder zusammen in Cafes oder Bars.

Wir haben einen Putzplan und sind generell eher ordentlich.

Der Hausmeister steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

In order to be allowed to move in here, you have to be enrolled (in Bremen at the university or college)!

The room in our shared apartment is in the student residence.
The room has a large window which makes it very bright. They are furnished: bed, bedside table, desk, chair and wardrobe are available.

Because the rooms are on the 4th floor (maisonette apartment), there is access to the roof terrace, which offers a great view of the new town. The room even has direct access to the balcony.

Location:
The stop "Rotes Kreuz Krankenhaus" is only a 1-minute walk away. The 4 takes you from there to the city center in just 5 minutes and to the main train station in 10 minutes. In addition, the university is right around the corner. You can be there in 5 minutes by bike. If you have to go to the university, you can take the 6 at the stop "Theater am Leibnizplatz" (4 minutes' walk).

There is also no shortage of shopping opportunities nearby. Penny, Rossmann and the baker are only a 2 minute walk away, various cafes, restaurants, snack bars, hairdressers, kiosks, pubs, bars, etc. are also in the immediate vicinity.

The best thing about the location, however, is that Werdersee is only a 2-minute walk away. At Werdersee you can chill, jog, ride a bike, swim and whatever else you can think of!

Sophie is 24 years old and is studying WING PT at the university. In her free time she likes to do sports (bouldering, gym, martial arts, etc.), doing things and likes to meet her friends.


Sonja is 23 years old and moved to Bremen last October for her studies in Marine Biology. Besides her studies she likes to work out, going out for coffee and to bars with friends or whatever comes up. She’s also exited to finally spend some more time at Werdersee/ Unisee in spring.

Ellen is 23 years old and is studying Naval Architecture at the University of Applied Sciences. In her freetime you can find her with friends at the Werdersee or in bars, reading on the balkony or working in a restaurant.

We are not a purpose-built flat share. Living in a shared apartment currently consists of game evenings, cooking and joint learning sessions. Since, despite Corona, things are slowly going normal again, we will go to cafes or bars together.

We have a cleaning schedule and are generally tidy.
