The room is in a well maintained large WG-suitable apartment for quiet courtyard side located. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2005. All energy requirements required in 2005 were implemented. An interior insulation was used to meet the specifications. All windows were renewed in 2005. The indoor bathroom is equipped with a tub. The tiles on the walls are white, the floor tiles bluish flamed. The apartment also has a guest toilet. In the spacious hall area is still a storage room. The kitchen is spacious and busy with kitchen elements (sink, stove, etc.). The large kitchen window lets in a lot of light. All rooms are out to the courtyard area. The apartment is ideal as a shared apartment and was used in recent years as well.
Equipment: Laminate floor in the living rooms, bright tiles in the bathroom and guest toilet, individual kitchen elements, high-quality interior insulation (Multipor System Mineraldämmplatten), plastic windows (2005), telephone u.
