Bei uns werden zwei Zimmer frei!
Das Haus besteht nur aus WG's und so ist immer was los im Haus, aber man bekommt trotzdem seine Ruhe! Die Zimmer haben ca. 15qm und ein/zwei Fenster mit super Aussicht in die Neustadt besonders abends beim Sonnenuntergang!
Das eine Zimmer wird Teilmöbeliert übergeben. Es bleiben auf jeden Fall ein Schreibtisch und eine Kommode drin stehen, eventuell auch der Kleiderschrank. Dafür wäre ein Abschlag in Höhe von 130 Euro abzugeben.
One non-equipped room and one half-equipped room are available in our wg and we are looking for someone nice to take it. There are six more shared flats in the house, so it can get more or less lively around here, definitely not a party every month, but a chance to meet other interesting young adults. The shared rooms in the flat are the kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a living room.
Our flat is located on the 4th floor and the available rooms are about 15 m² and has a fantastic view of the Neustadt, especially during the sunset. For the hlaf-equipped room is a payment about 130 euros necessary.

Beste Lage im besten Viertel Bremens! Penny, Edeka, Rewe und bald ein Bio-Markt in nächster Nähe. Die 6 fährt direkt hier ab Richtung Uni und ansonsten kommt man vom hier sehr gut in alle Richtungen.
In the center of Neustadt, there is a good variety of public transport as tram 6 (to university) is crossing the street and a bus stop just next to our front door, and a variety of supermarkets to choose from and everything is right in front of you.
Wir sind Felipé, der bald seinen Ph.D. an der Uni beginnt und Martha das jüngstes Mitglied der WG, sie hat dieses Jahr angefangen in Bremen zu studieren. Vor dem großen Umschwung haben wir es immer geschafft ohne große Struktur zusammenzuleben in einem Mix aus verschiedensten Musikgeschmäckern, Tagesroutinen, Indoor-Dschungeln und Hobbys. Alles kann nichts muss, ihr kennt das ja ;) Beide ernähren sich vegan oder vegetarisch. Wir suchen jemanden, der bereits WG-Erfahrung mitbringt.
Felipe and Martha will be your flatmates. Felipe is going to start his Ph.D. at Uni Bremen, Martha who is the newest member of our WG since October and is doing her Bachelor at university. before the BIG CHANGE, we have managed to live together and get along very well without meetings and fixed structures, as everyone is very diverse in their routines, habits, and hobbies such as bouldering, music, and botanical studies in the flats. We are vegetarian or vegan.
We are not looking for someone who has no experience in sharing a flat.
Du brauchst so gut wie nichts mitzubringen. Die WG ist komplett ausgestattet in der Küche sowie in den Bädern. Großen Fernseher für verregnete Tage gibt's auch.
Zurzeit sind wir im Renovierungsprozess der Wohnung, also wäre es gut wenn du bereit bist mit Hand anzulegen und die WG mit neu zu gestalten.
Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel zwischen dem 15.01. und 2.01.
Currently we are in Prozess of renovating the flat. So you should be open to help and bring your own part with in. So the flat is going to be new more or less.
Also you do not need to bring something for the kitchen or the bathrooms, our flat is fully loaded with all the things you need. The move-in date in flexible between 15th January and 1th February.
