mein schönes zentral gelegenes - helles Zimmer wird am 15.04.2021 frei . (Zeitraum kann flexibel gestaltet werden, auch eine Anmeldung ist möglich). Es ist 19m2 groß, besitzt aber auch ein hohes Dach und ist sehr gut beleuchtet. Die Möbel dürfen für 120 euro übernommen werden aber ohne möbel ist auch möglich.
Wichtige Fakten: Die Wohnung ist unglaublich schön und groß. Zwei Etagen, eine tolle Küche, dein Schlafzimmer und Balkon mit direktem Sonnenlicht von 07:00 bis 16:00 Uhr (im Sommer), ein Wohnzimmer , dazu ein riesiges Badezimmer und ein Ankleidezimmer, so dass du alles schön und ordentlich hältst, wie du es sicherlich magst.

Important facts: The flat is incredible. Two floors, an amazing kitchen, your sleeping room and balcony with direct sun light from 07:00 till 16:00,additionally to a living room a huge bathroom, two storage rooms ( one for you) and a walking-closet so you keep everything nice and tidy as you surely like.
Standort: Es befindet sich in der Neustadt, eine Bushaltestelle nur 100 Meter entfernt, der Supermarkt nur 150 Meter, Kaffees, Bars & Restaurants an jeder Ecke und der See nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch die Hochschule Bremen ist ganz in der Nähe, 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und da bist du ja.

Location: It is located in the Neustadt, a bus stop just 100 meters away, the Supermarket just 150 meters away, coffees, bars & restaurants on every corner and the lake just 6 minutes away by foot. The Hochschule Bremen is also really close, 5 minutes by bike and you can be there.
Leben in der Wohnung
Du würdest mit Zyad bis ende August zusammen wohnen, dann zieht er zurück in Frankreich ein.
Zyad ist 22 Jahre alt, spricht Französisch, Arabish, Englisch und lernt im Moment Deutsch. Er studiert einen Master in Chemie an der Universität Bremen. Zyad zeichnet sich durch seine Kochkünste aus und spielt auch gerne Bassgitarre.
Es ist sehr wichtig, die Energie der Wohnung so zu behalten , wie sie ist. Normalerweise verbringen wir gemeinsam Zeit miteinander oder gehen in den Park, aber natürlich wird der eigene Raum und die eigene Privatsphäre genauso respektiert und geschätzt wie das Teilen.

You would live with Zyad ubtiö the end of August, time in which he is moving back to France and the room will be eventually free.
Zyad is 22 years old, speaks French, Arabic, English and is learning German at the moment. He is studying a master's degree in chemistry at the University of Bremen. Zyad is known for his cooking skills and also loves to play the bass guitar.
It is very important to keep the energy of the flat as it is. We usually hang out together or we go to the park but of course one's space and privacy are respected and valued as much as sharing.
