Gesucht wird zum 1. Mai ein Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in der Bremer Neustadt. Das Zimmer hat 22m², ist sehr hell (drei Fenster) und verfügt über einen Zugang zum Balkon. Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert vermietet (1.60m Bett, große Couch, Couch- und Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Wohnwand und großer Kleiderschrank). Für die Möbel und meinen Anteil an der modernen Einbauküche hätte ich vom Nachmieter gerne 1.000 Euro. Die Wohnung hat eine 100.000er Internetanschluss, (12 Euro im Monat), Du zahlst 392 Euro im Monat all inclusive (inklusive Strom, Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom, Internet).
On May 1st, a new tenant is being sought for my shared room in Bremen's Neustadt. The room has 22m2, is very bright (three windows) and has access to the balcony. The room is fully furnished (1.60m bed, large couch, couch and desk, office chair, living wall and large wardrobe). For the furniture and my share of the modern fitted kitchen I would like to have 1,000 euros from the tenant. The apartment has a 100,000 internet connection, (12 euros per month), you pay 392 euros a month all inclusive (including electricity, heating, hot water, electricity, internet).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Bremer Neustadt, Du erreichst die Buslinie 26 und 27 in 2 Minuten zu Fuß (bis zur Hochschule benötigt der Bus 7 Minuten), die Straßenbahnlinie 4 erreichst Du in 5 Minuten. Ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte.
The apartment is located in the Bremen Neustadt, you can reach the bus line 26 and 27 in 2 minutes on foot (the bus takes 7 minutes to the university), the tram line 4 can be reached in 5 minutes. Grocery shops are also within walking distance.
Mit Dir in der WG werden Tunde und Vibin leben. Die beiden machen in Bremen ihren Master und sind sehr freundlich und rücksichtsvoll, das Zusammenleben klappt wirklich problemlos. Gesprochen wird in der WG Englisch. Wir freuen uns auf Deine Nachricht! :)
