Unser Haus liegt zentral in der Bremer Neustadt und hat 3 Anbindungen zu Bus und Bahn, die zu Fuß in 3-10 min erreicht werden können. Die Station "Schwankhalle" und "Gastfeldstraße" sind am nächsten gelegen.
Ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke liegt ein Penny, ein Netto, Rossmann und mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 5 Minuten bei Rewe, Aldi und Combi und das wichtigste: AM WERDERSEE (10 Minuten Fußweg!)
In die Altstadt und ins Bremer Viertel kannst du gemütlich über die Weser in 20 Minuten hin schlendern, oder nimmst das Rad und brauchst nur 10 Minuten.
Wir wohnen in einer sehr ruhig gelegene Seitenstraße mit schneller Anbindung an B6 und Autobahn.

Our house is centrally located in the Bremer Neustadt and has 3 connections to bus and train, which can be reached on foot in 3-10 minutes. The nearest stations are "Schwankhalle" and "Gastfeldstraße".
Also just around the corner is a Penny, a Netto, Rossmann and by bike you can reach Rewe, Aldi and Combi in 5 minutes and the most important: AM WERDERSEE (10 minutes walk!)
In the old town and the Bremen quarter you can stroll along the Weser in 20 minutes, or take the bike and it takes only 10 minutes.
We live in a very quiet side street with quick access to the B6 and motorway.

Damit du weißt, was dich erwartet, stelle ich dir hier noch kurz die WG und ihre lieben Mitbewohner*innen vor.

Philipp, 28, kommt ursprünglich aus dem Umland von Hamburg. Er hat Psychologie studiert. Er ist unternehmungslustig, pragmatisch, ein mega Cocktailmixer und stets bei allen spaßigen Vorschlägen dabei. Philipp ist ein super Zuhörer und hat mich schon aus dem einen oder anderen Gedankenkarussell herausgebracht. Wenn du dir gerne coole Geschichten anhörst bist du bei ihm genau richtig. Philipp ist einer der lustigsten und besten Geschichtenerzähler, die ich kenne. Neben seiner Vorliebe für gesellige Abende, hat er auch eine große Leidenschaft für Musik und das Kochen.

Ben, 33, hat unsere WG nicht nur um einen Beamer im Wohnzimmer bereichert, sondern auch um ganz viel Humor und Leichtigkeit. Er ist Mediengestalter und Fotograf aus Leidenschaft und hat ein Auge für Details. Neben den lustigen Gesprächen in der Küche (ein langes Frühstück ist immer drin!) setzt er sich sehr für das Wohl seiner Mitmenschen ein und hofft noch immer auf die große Revolution ;) In Ben findet man nicht nur jemanden, mit dem man herzhaft lachen und sich stundenlang verquatschen kann, sondern auch einen aufmerksamen Zuhörer (gerne auch in der ein oder anderen Kneipe). Über Ben besucht uns manchmal als Pflegehund auch Emma, der wohl niedlichste und ruhigste Hund Bremens.

Joni, 31, sie hat auch Psychologie studiert. Sie arbeitet in Bremen an einer Schule, macht eine Ausbildung zur Tanztherapeutin und hat diverse Projekte, die ihr sehr am Herzen liegen. Achtsamkeit ist hier das Stichwort. Joni liebt es, draußen zu sein und macht auch gerne lange Spaziergänge. Sie mag sehr gerne Yoga und Meditation. Joni ist mit ihren Mitmenschen sehr geduldig, man fühlt sich bei ihr sofort akzeptiert und wohl. Sie hat die Gabe auch in stressigen Momenten Ruhe und Gelassenheit auszustrahlen und die richtigen Worte zu finden. Auch in ihr findest du eine liebe Zuhörerin und eine sehr gute Freundin.

Wir sind alles andere als eine Zweck-WG. Ein liebevolles Miteinander und offene Kommunikation sind uns deshalb sehr wichtig - egal ob über kurz oder lang, sind damit über die Jahre immer tolle Freundschaften in der WG entstanden. Wenn es der Terminplan zulässt, verbringen wir gerne Zeit zusammen, kochen, machen Ausflüge oder quatschen. Trotzdem finden wir es gut, dass alle ihren eigenen Bereich haben und sich jederzeit ohne schlechtes Gewissen zurück ziehen, oder mal heraus nehmen können.

Wir freuen uns darauf, von euch zu hören, also schreibt gerne eine Mail, in der ihr schon ein wenig über euch erzählt! Natürlich können wir alle Gespräche auch Online führen.

So that you know what to expect, I would like to share a short presentation of your roomates with you.

Philipp, 28, originally comes from the Hamburg area. He studied psychology. He is enterprising, pragmatic, a great cocktail mixer and always there for all fun suggestions. Philipp is a great listener and has already got me out of one or the other carousel of thoughts. If you like to listen to cool stories, Philipp is the right person for you. Philipp is one of the funniest and best storytellers I know. In addition to his fondness for social evenings, he also has a great passion for music and cooking.

Ben, 33, has not only enriched our flat by sharing a beamer for our living room, but also with a lot of humor and an allaround easy vibe. He is a passionate media designer and photographer and with him you’ll have a lot of funny conversations in the kitchen (breakfast usually turns out longer than expected whenever he's around!). In Ben you will not only find someone with whom you can laugh heartily and talk for hours, but also a great listener with valuable advice. He knows his way around Bremens cultural- and nightlife, and since things are starting to finally become more alive after a long time, there now is more than enough opportunity to enjoy good times together! (From time to time, Ben also brings the (probably) most calm and cute dog in Bremen, Emma. If that is, for any reason, a problem for you, please let us know in advance ;) ).

Joni 31, She has also studied psychology. She works on a school in Bremen and is training to be a dance therapist. Joni loves to be outside and also enjoys going for long walks. She likes yoga and meditation very much. Joni is very patient with her fellow human beings, you feel accepted and comfortable with her immediately. She has the gift to radiate calmness and composure even in stressful moments and to find the right words. You will also find in her a dear listener and a very good friend.

We are definitely a flat of friends and the people living here are not interested in living together solely on the purpose of sharing rent. Therefore it is important for us to maintain a caring and welcome environment for everyone in the flat. Also, an open way of communication is pretty much key for us. If the schedule allows, we like to spend time together, cook, go to the Werdersee or chat. Nevertheless, of course everyone has their own area and can retreat to their room at any time without a guilty conscience.
