In einer Zweier-WG in Neustadt, sehr gut gelegen, direkt am und mit Blick auf den Wedersee auf der einen Seite und einen herrlichen Garten auf der anderen Seite, wird meine Zimmer und Arbeitszimmer zwischen dem 1. Oktober und 31. März 2023 -flexibel- zur temporären Anmietung zur Verfügung stehen.
In den Zimmern befinden sich mein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode sowie ein Schreibtisch, den du benutzen kannst. Du würdest das Haus mit Carlotta teilen, meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin, die an der Uni Bremen studiert und auch als Spanisch und Deutschlehrerin arbeitet.
Das Alltagsleben ist entspannt und leichtlebig. Wir treffen uns gerne am Ende des Tages zu Hause, um gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen oder um ein Bier zu trinken, denn unter der Woche sind wir ziemlich beschäftigt. Aber auch im Schlafzimmer ist Platz zum Entspannen, ob mit offener oder geschlossener Tür - Hauptsache, man fühlt sich wohl!

In a two-person shared apartment in Neustadt, very well located, directly on and overlooking the Wedersee on one side and a beautiful garden on the other, my room and study room will be available for temporary rent between October 1 and March 31, 2023 -dates are flexible-.
In the rooms are my bed, closet and dresser and a desk that you can use. You would share the house with Carlotta, my dear roommate who studies at the University of Bremen and also works as a Spanish and German teacher.
Everyday life is relaxed and easy going. We like to get together at home at the end of the day to cook and eat together or have a beer, since during the week we are pretty busy. But there's also room to relax in your bedroom, with the door open or closed - important is to feel comfortable!

em um apartamento para duas pessoas em Neustadt, muito bem situado, diretamente sobre e com vista para o Wedersee de um lado e um lindo jardim do outro, meu quarto e quarto de estudo estarão disponíveis para aluguel temporário entre 1 de outubro e 31 de marco 2023 -datas flexiveis-.
Nos quartos tem a minha cama, um armário e uma cômoda, assim como uma escrivaninha que você pode usar. Você dividiria a casa com a Carlotta, que está estudando na Universidade de Bremen e também trabalha como professora de espanhol e alemão.
O nosso dia-a-dia é relaxado e fácil. Gostamos de nos reunir em casa no final do dia para cozinhar e comer juntas ou tomar uma cerveja, já que estamos bastante ocupadas durante a semana. Mas também há espaço para relaxar no seu quarto, com a porta aberta ou fechada - o principal é se sentir confortável!
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ideal in der Neustadt gelegen, das Stadtzentrum und mehrere Supermärkte sind in maximal 10 Minuten zu Fußzu erreichen. Und wenn du Grünflächen magst, bietet das Ufer des Werdersees eine ideale Kulisse zum Spazierengehen, Joggen oder für ein Picknick.

The apartment is cozy and ideally located in the Neustadt, the city center and several supermarkets are within 10 minutes walking distance. And if you like green spaces, the shore of the Werdersee offers an ideal setting for walking, jogging or a picnic.

O apartamento é aconchegante e está localizado idealmente em Neustadt, o centro da cidade e vários supermercados (assim como um café onde se encontra tapioca e outros produtos brasileiros) estão a 10 minutos de caminhada. E se você gosta de espaços verdes, a margem do Werdersee oferece possibilidade para um passeio ideal, correr ou fazer um piquenique.
Für das Leben zu Hause wünschen wir uns eine entspannte und fließende Atmosphäre. Toleranz, ähnliche Lebensrhythmen und Interessen sind also ein guter Anfang. Wir sind der Meinung, dass eine sauber gehaltene Umgebung eine gemütliche Umgebung ist!
