Das Zimmer ist 13 m2 und hat einen kleinen Balkon, wodurch viel Tageslicht hineinkommt. Das Zimmer ist auch zum Innenhof gelegen, wodurch es auch relativ ruhig ist. Ich würde dir gerne mein Bett mit Bettkästen für extra Stauraum sowie Plissees an den Fenstern überlassen. Die WG besitzt außerdem eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, sowie im Keller eine Waschmaschine.
Innerhalb von 3 min bist du an der Haltestelle Pappelstrasse und kommst von dort aus in ca. 5 min in die Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du innerhalb von 15 min am Werdersee. Zur Hochschule sind es 10 Gehminuten und zur Uni brauchst du ca 25 min mit der Bahn. Auch in ca. 3 min erreichbar ist ein Penny und in etwa 10 Gehminuten ein Rewe und ein Rossmann.
Du wirst mit Leoni (25) zusammenleben. Sie studiert Geographie im zweiten Semester und geht gerne auf Konzerte. Das Zusammenleben mit ihr ist entspannt und man kann auf jedenfall mit ihr mal in der Küche quatschen.
