WG-Zimmer zum 1.1.23

In unserer Dreier-WG in der Pappelstraße wird zum 1.1.23 ein Zimmer frei.
Gerade wohnen wir, Marie, Tim, Ronja, zu dritt in vier Zimmern.
Da Ronja von Januar bis März im Ausland sein wird, würdest du anfangs in ihrem Zimmer wohnen.
Außerdem wird Tim ab April ausziehen, womit langfristig zwei Zimmer in unserer Wg frei werden.
Eins würde dann dein Zimmer werden, die Nutzung des anderen ist noch offen.
(Marie wünscht sich zb. ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer - das können wir gern gemeinsam besprechen)

Die Zimmer sind zwischen 16-22 qm groß, haben alle einen schönen Dielenboden und hohe Decken. Unsere Wg liegt an einer belebten Straße am Delmemarkt. Außerdem gibt es eine Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne und einen kleinen Balkon, der von der Küche zum Hinterhof abgeht. 
Wir kaufen gemeinsam ein und teilen im Prinzip alle Sachen des täglichen Gebrauchs und kochen vorwiegend vegetarisch.
Außer unserer WG wohnen noch vier andere WGs im Haus, mit denen es einen guten Kontakt und teilweise sehr enge Verbindungen gibt. Jedenfalls sind wir als ganzes Haus connectet, hängen von Zeit zu Zeit gern zusammen vor dem Haus ab und außerdem kochen wir reihum.

Die Miete beträgt anfangs für Ronjas Zimmer ca 500€ (darin enthalten ist die mutmaßliche Gas+Stromerhöhung, genaue Zahlen wissen wir Ende Dezember). Die Miete der anderen Zimmer ist geringer, da sie kleiner sind und abhängig davon welches Zimmer du nehmen würdest und ob es ein geteiltes Wohnzimmer gibt.

Wir, Marie und Ronja, mit denen du langfristig zusammen wohnen würdest, sind beide Anfang 30, und zwischen Lohnarbeit, Tanz, Musik & Politik unterwegs.

Marie arbeitet in einem Stadtteilzentrum für Nachhaltigkeit und Klimaschutz und ist Teil des queerfilmfestival-teams.
Sie hätte gern mehr Zeit zum Werkeln und um in Wäldern und Wiesen zu Stromern.
Seit Marie hier wohnt sind auch selbst getöpferte Gefäße mit Pflanzen und die selbst gebaute Holzbank in unserer Küche eingezogen.

Ronja arbeitet als Theaterpädagogin und Tänzerin.
Sie ist Mitglied in Zirkus- und Varietékollektiven in Norditalien und Bremen.
Auf der Bühne tritt sie gerne in Drag auf.
Tanzen, Malen, Schauspielen, Schreiben - alles, wo Ausdruck möglich wird - ist ihr wichtig.

Fürs Zusammenleben wünschen wir uns eine Person, die Lust auf ein herzliches und aufeinander bezogenes Zusammenwohnen hat, gleichzeitig aber auch damit umgehen kann, dass jede von uns eigene Freiräume braucht und pflegt.

room in a shared flat on 1.1.23

In our three-person shared apartment in Pappelstraße a room will become available on 1.1.23.
At the moment we, Marie, Tim, Ronja, live as three in four rooms.
Since Ronja will be abroad from January to March, you would initially live in her room.
In addition, Tim will move out in April, which means that in the long run two rooms in our flat will be free.
One of them would be your room, the use of the other one is still open.
(Marie would like to have a common living room - we can discuss this together).

The rooms are between 16-22 sqm, all have a nice floor and high ceilings. Our flat is located on a nice street near the Delmemarkt. There is also a kitchen, bathroom with tub, and a small balcony off the kitchen to the backyard.
We shop together and share basically all things of daily use and cook mainly vegetarian.
Besides our WG, there are four other WGs living in the house, with whom there is a good contact and sometimes very close ties. Anyway, we are connected as a whole house, like to hang out together from time to time in front of the house and also we cook in turn.

The rent for Ronja's room is initially about 500€ (this includes the presumed gas+electricity increase, we will know the exact figures at the end of December). The rent for the other rooms is lower because they are smaller and depends on which room you would take and if there is a shared living room.

We, Marie and Ronja, with whom you would live together long term, are both in our early 30s, and between wage work, dance, music & politics.

Marie works in a neighborhood center for sustainability and climate protection and is part of the queerfilmfestival-team.
She would like to have more time to craft and to walk in forests and meadows.
Since Marie has been living here, self-potted vessels with plants and the self-built wooden bench in our kitchen have also moved in.

Ronja works as a theater teacher and dancer.
She is a member of circus and vaudeville collectives in northern Italy and Bremen.
On stage she likes to perform in drag.
Dancing, painting, acting, writing - everything where expression becomes possible - is important to her.

For living together we would like a person who is keen on living together in a cordial and interrelated way, but at the same time can deal with the fact that each of us needs and cultivates her own free space.
