Die Pauschalmiete des Zimmers beträgt monatlich 310,00 euro. Darin sind alle Kosten enthalten, inkl. WLAN, STROM, HEIZUNG, GEZ und andere Nebenkosten. Die Kaution beträgt 580 euro. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert mit großem Fenster und Laminatboden.

Hello! From 01.02.2024 to 30.06.2024 we´re looking for a temporary tenant for a furnished room of 15 m2 in an apartment shared with three other people.
The flat rate rent of the room is 310,00 euro per month. This includes all costs, including WiFi, electricity, heating, gas and other utilities. The deposit is 580 euro. The room is unfurnished with a large window and laminate flooring.
Das renovierte Altbauhaus in der ruhigen Gellertstraße liegt zu Fuß ca. 5 min vom Werdersee entfernt. Zum Rewe, Penny, Alidi, Rossman und dem Türkischen Markt braucht man jeweils zu Fuß 5-10 min. Zur Hochschule braucht man mit dem Fahrrad max 10 min und zur Uni 30 min.

The renovated old building in the quiet Gellertstr. is about 5 min walk from Werdersee. To Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Rossman and the Turkish market you need 5-10 min by foot. To the university you need max 10 min by bike and to the university 30 min.
Die Wg ist zweistöckig und 100 m² groß. Claudia (ich) und Marie wohnen in den Zimmern der oberen Etage, Yasmin Zimmer und das zu vermittelnde Zimmer befinden sich in der unteren Etage. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben oben ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und unten noch eine kleine Toilette. Oben haben wir noch ein kleines Arbeitszimmer. Wir haben ein kleines Wohnzimmer, in dem wir essen und Zeit zusammen verbringen.
Wir versuchen keine Zweck-Wg zu sein und freuen uns, wenn wir Zeit finden, etwas zusammen zu unternehmen - wenn es dir zusagt, bist du herzlich willkommen!

The apartment is two-storied and 100 m² big. Claudia (me) and Marie live in the rooms on the top floor and Yasmin's room as the room is on the bottom floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We have a bathroom in the second floor and a small toilette in the first floor. in the second floor is a small workspace.We try not to be a purpose Wg and are happy when we find time to do something together - if it suits you, you are welcome!
Wir kochen gerne zusammen und trinken ab und zu ein Glas Wein oder gehen in eine Bar, sonst treffen wir uns immer in der Küche oder chillen im Wohnzimmer.
Kurz zu uns:
Marie ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert Biologie an der Hochschule Bremen und arbeitet in eine Bar. Sie hat eine Katze(Alice), die mit uns in der Wg wohnt.
Claudia ist 25 Jahre alt und studiert Biologie an der Uni Bremen und kommt aus Chile.
Yasmin ist 25 Jahre alt und studiert BWL an der Hochschule und kommt aus Brasilien.

We like to cook together and drink a glass of wine or go to a bar from time to time, otherwise we always meet in the kitchen or chill in the living room.
