Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat 9 qm, ist quadratisch geschnitten und hat wie der Rest der Wohnung eine Deckenhöhe von 2,70 Meter. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca 70 qm, unser gemeinsames Wohnzimmer hat ca 18 qm. Bis auf dein Zimmer ist die Wohnung komplett möbliert, das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und wir haben einen großen Balkon zum Garten hin, den man mitnutzen kann. Darüber hinaus gehören zu der Wohnung zwei große eigene Kellerräume :)
Bus, Bahn, Supermärkte, Apotheke, Sparkasse, Bäcker etc. ist alles innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Highlight ist der Werdersee, der nur knapp 5 Minuten entfernt ist :)
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin Amely, 23 Jahre alt und studiere im letzten Semester an der Hochschule für Künste. In meiner Freizeit bin ich viel draußen unterwegs :) Zuhause genieße ich die Zeit gerne mit meinen beiden Katern, koche leidenschaftlich gern und lege viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. 🧼
Was das WG- Leben angeht bin ich ziemlich offen: ob man im Endeffekt nebeneinander herlebt, miteinander ab und zu isst oder auf dem Balkon quatscht oder eine gute Freundschaft entsteht. Hauptsache es passt und das Zusammenleben ist harmonisch :)
Das Zimmer ist vom 01.08.23-01.04.2023 frei.
Was den Auszugszeitraum angeht, ist die Angabe nicht in Stein gemeißelt :)
