Dieses schöne Zimmer wird ab dem 1. September verfügbar sein. Leider ist der Einzugstermin nicht flexibel. Das Zimmer ist 25 m2 groß, sehr geräumig, bekommt viel Licht und ist das Zimmer in der WG, das der Küche am nächsten ist :D Die WG besteht aus dem ganzen Haus, es gibt zwei Zimmer, die im ersten Hauptgeschoss vermietet werden (eines davon wäre Ihres) + die Küche, die Teil des Gemeinschaftsraums ist. Das Zimmer neben deinem wird ab September auch leer stehen. In der (halben) Etage vor der Hauptetage gibt es ein Bad mit nur einer Toilette und einem Waschbecken. Von der Küche aus gelangt man auf den Balkon, der ziemlich groß ist und wo es einen Grill und Platz zum Sitzen gibt, um im Sommer die Sonne zu genießen. Im zweiten Hauptgeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer, in denen Hien, Rebecca und Emre schlafen/leben. In diesem Stockwerk gibt es zwei Badezimmer, von denen eines komplett ist und das andere nur eine Dusche hat. Da wir zwei Toiletten und zwei Duschen für 5 Personen haben, müssen wir sehr selten warten, um das Bad zu benutzen. In der (halben) Etage vor der zweiten Hauptetage gibt es einen kleinen Abstellraum.
This beautiful room will be available starting from September 1st. Unfortunately the move in date is not flexible. The room is 25 m2, very spacious, receives lots of light, and is the closes room in the WG to the kitchen :D The WG consists of the whole house, there are two rooms that are rented out in the first main floor (one of which would be yours) + the kitchen which is part of the common space. The bedroom next to yours is also going to be empty starting September. In the (half) floor before the main one there is a bathroom with only a toilet and a sink. The kitchen leads to the balcony, which is quite big and where there is a grill and space to sit and enjoy the sun during the summer. The second main floor has 3 bedrooms where Hien, Rebecca, and Emre sleep/live. In this floor there are two bathrooms, one of which is complete and the other is just a shower. Because we have two toilets and two showers for 5 people, we very rarely have to wait to use the bathroom. There is a mini storage room in the (half) floor before the second main floor.
Die Wohnung liegt im Viertel, nicht direkt im Zentrum, so dass es recht ruhig ist, aber nahe genug, um zu Fuß dorthin zu gehen, wo der Spaß ist. Die Straßenbahnlinie 3 ist drei Minuten, die Straßenbahnen 2 und 10 fünf Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Cafés, Bekleidungsgeschäfte und Restaurants. Das Weserstadion ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und an Spieltagen herrscht dort eine tolle Stimmung! Der HBF ist in 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahnlinie 10 zu erreichen.
The location is in Viertel, not right at the center so it’s quite peaceful, but close enough to walk to where the fun is. There is tram 3 three minutes away, and trams 2 and 10 five minutes away. There are lots of cafes, clothing stores, and restaurants nearby. The Weserstadion is 10 minutes away by foot, and during match days the energy is great! The HBF is 10 minutes away with tram 10.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, da alle ziemlich beschäftigt sind mit ihren Jobs und so weiter. Wir versuchen, alle zwei Wochen WG-Abende zu veranstalten, die so aussehen können, dass wir zusammen in ein Restaurant, eine Bar oder zu einer Veranstaltung wie der Breminale gehen. Der Ort, an dem wir uns am meisten aufhalten, ist die Küche, wo wir oft zusammen kochen, ohne es zu planen. Wir räumen alle hinter uns auf und haben gerne saubere Gemeinschaftsräume :)
Our WG life is very chill as everyone is pretty busy with their jobs and whatnot. We try to have WG evenings every two weeks, these could look like going to a restaurant together, a bar, or to an event like Breminale. The place where we hang out the most is in the kitchen, where we end up cooking together a lot without planning it. We all clean up after ourselves and like to have clean common areas :)
Da ich Deutschland für einige Zeit verlassen werde, möchte ich alle Möbel in meinem Zimmer verkaufen. Für mich wäre es optimal, wenn du die Möbel übernehmen könntest, ist aber kein Muss. Zu den Möbeln gehören eine Matratze, ein Regal mit Stauraum darin (das mit dem grünen Vorhang auf den ersten Bildern des Zimmers), ein großer Holztisch, ein großer Holzschrank und ein kleiner Holzbeistelltisch, der Preis für alles beträgt 320 Euro.
I will be leaving Germany for some time so I would like to sell all the furniture in my room. It would be optimal for me if you could take over the furniture but its not a must :) The furniture includes a mattress, a shelf with storage space inside (the one with the green curtain in the first pictures of the room), a large wooden table, a large wooden closet, and a small wooden beside table, the cost for everything is 320 euros.
