Dein Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und wäre behelfsmäßig durch mich minimal ausgestattet mit einem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa und Mini Ikea Tischchen. Ich ziehe selbst erst zum 01.05. ein und meine Future Mitbewohnerin braucht 2 Monate länger, um anzukommen. Sprich, die Zwischenmietzeit ist
bis Ende Juni.Aber dann hättest du schonmal einen Fuß in Bremen.
Die Wohnung liegt am Ende des Sielwalls, weserseitig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Kneipen, Imbisse, sowie Öffis sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung ruhig, im Vergleich zum Epizentrum für Trouble und Life am Sielwall.
ich lebe seit 100 000 Jahren in WGs und kann von Zweck über lovey dovey WG alles. Alles eine Sache der Dynamik. Bei einem Monat ist das aber auch semiwichtig, Hauptsache respektvoll und sauber.
wir werden leider keine Waschmaschine haben, aber ein Waschsalon ist ca. 1 km entfernt, am Ostertorsteinweg.
