Ich möchte mein Zimmer für ein Semester untervermieten.
Das Zimmer, was ursprünglich zwei waren, ist wirklich riesig, hat schöne alte Dielen und 3,5 - 4m hohe Wände. Es hat schöne große Fenster, die viel Sonnenlicht hineinlassen und sie wurden vor kurzem modernisiert, sodass man bei geschlossenem Fenster von der Straße und dem Tumult vor der Haustür nichts mitbekommt.
Die Einrichtung bestehend aus Palettenbett mit riesiger Matratze, Schränken, Arbeitsplatz, Recamiere, 1 Fernseher und Tisch bleibt soweit über dem Zeitraum stehen, ich werde nur meine persönlichen Sachen, Klamotten etc. aus dem Zimmer entfernen, damit du dich hier einrichten kannst. Ansonsten sollten die Bilder für sich sprechen.
Die Dauer ist flexibel, ich bin von September bis Ende Januar weg, frühere/spätere Ein- und Auszugsdaten wären aber möglich.

I would like to sublet my room in Bremen for a semester.
The room (originally two) is very large, lined with traditional but rare german old, polished timber floor boards and has 3.5-4 meter tall ceilings. The two windows are quite large as well so you can enjoy a lot of sun light. Additionally the windows were modernised a few years ago, so you won't notice the vibrant street life right in front of the door.
The furnishing consists of a pallet bed with large mattress, wardrobe, writing desk, recamiere, one television and coffee table and will remain in the rooms. I will only take out my personal stuff and my clothes etc so you can set yourself up to feel at home. For everything else just have a look at the pictures or hit me up.
I am away from September to end of January, but the duration of your stay is flexible, you might move in and out sooner/later.
Die Lage ist buchstäblich perfekt. Das Viertel ist das Herz von Bremen, Straßenbahn sind direkt vor der Haustür, Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber und alles andere ist fußläufig erreichbar. Uni und Hochschule sind ca 20-30 Minuten entfernt.
The location is literally perfect. The area called Viertel is Bremens heart, the tram is right in front of the door, supermarket is on the other side of the street and everything else is very close by foot. University and Hochschule are approx. 20-30 minutes.
Ich habe derzeit zwei Mitbewohner. Wir wohnen alle noch nicht lange zusammen, aber verstehen uns gut. Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig, weil wir meist unterwegs sind. Was auch sehr cool ist, ist, dass wir einen Geschirrspüler in der Küche sowie einen großen ruhigen Balkon haben.
I have two flat mates. We all moved in the apartment not so long ago, but we get along well. However, the daily life is rather calm as we are on the go most of the time. By the way, we have a dishwasher and a very large and calm balcony.
