Moin moin liebe Leute,
ich würde mein Zimmer gern vom 1. August (oder auch 25. Juli) bis zum 30. September zwischenvermieten. Der Zeitraum kann aber auch etwas kürzer oder länger sein, fragt einfach an.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß (26qm) und es können auch zwei Personen einziehen, Pärchen zum Beispiel.
Dich erwarten 3 ganz tolle MitbewohnerInnen im Alter zwischen 25 und 29 Jahren. Unsere Wohnung liegt im Viertel in der Kreuzstraße, eine super ruhige und wunderschöne kleine Straße, 2 min zur Weser, 5 min zum Sielwall und allen Bars und Cafes, 5 min zum Supermarkt, 15 min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof… wie wir finden, die beste Lage in Bremen.
Das Zimmer hat eine große Fensterfront in Richtung Süden, ist also schön hell. Es ist komplett möbliert (ein großes Sofa, Bett (160x200), Schrank, Kommode,...) und ansonsten hat die Wohnung auch alles was man so braucht inklusive kleinen Wohnzimmerbereich, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine,…
Die Miete beträgt 400 Euro pro Monat inklusive Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet und Telefon. Bei einer zweiten Person würden noch 40 Euro Nebenkosten zusätzlich anfallen.

Hey guys,
i want to rent my room from the 1st of August(or 25th of July) to the 30th of September. But I am also flexible, so if you want to stay shorter or longer just ask!
The room is quite big (26qm), also two persons can live inside, a couple for example. You would share the apartment with my 3 really nice flat mates. Our district is called “Viertel” and our street “Kreuzstraße”, it’s a small, calm and very beautiful street, just 2 min walking to the river Weser, 5 min to Sielwall with many nice bars, cafes and shops, 5 min to the next supermarket, 15 min to the main station. Absolutely the nicest district and street in Bremen :-)
There are many big windows towards the south, so the room is very bright. The room is completely furnished (including a big sofa, bed (160x200), wardrobe,…). We also have a small common living room and everything else you need (including a dish washer and a washing machine).
The rent is 400 Euro included everything (also energy, phone, internet,…). If you are two persons you have to pay 40 Euro more because of the running costs...
