Wir suchen eine Zwischenmiete ab dem Anfang/Mitte Dezember. Erstmal bis zum 31. Januar.
Das ca 13qm große Zimmer ist wunderschön gemütlich und hat ein Riesenfenster, das einen ausschweifenden Blick in die Ferne oder auf die belebte Straße zulässt und ganz wichtig: gaanz viel Licht in das Zimmer bringt.
Die Wohnung hat super hohe Wände, wunderschönen Parkett Holzboden und außerdem ein Balkon mit Blick in den Hinterhof. Auch anzumerken ist die Badewanne, die von uns gerne benutzt wird.
In der Küche findest du die Wasch- sowie die Spülmaschine und außerdem haben wir die Möglichkeit im Waschraum unsere Wäsche aufzuhängen.
Zusätzlich gibt es im Haus einen Fahrradkeller und einen abschließbaren Lagerraum.

We are looking for a intermediate rent beginning in the first half of december until presumably end of january.
The room is about 13sqm and has a huge window, which allows you to look into the distance or onto the busy street and most importantly: it brings a lot of light into the room.
The apartment has super high walls, beautiful parquet wood flooring and also a balcony overlooking the backyard. Also to be noted is the bathtub, which we love to use.
In the kitchen you will find the washing machine as well as the dishwasher and also we have the possibility to hang our laundry in the laundry room.
There is a bycicle garage in the basement as well as an locked storage room.
Die Haltestelle Sielwall ist direkt vor der Tür!
Dadurch, dass wir direkt im Herzen des Viertels wohnen, ist auch alles in Gehweite, was das Herz begehrt - von Supermärkten, Cafés, Restos, Kiosk und alles andere.
In paar Minuten ist auch das Osterdeich entfernt, was zu ausschweifenden Spaziergängen direkt an der Weser einlädt.

Because we live right in the heart of the neighborhood, everything your heart desires is also within walking distance - from supermarkets, cafes, restos, kiosk and everything else.
In a few minutes away is also the Osterdeich, which invites you to take long walks directly on the Weser.
Noch leben hier Maren und Timo, die beiden werden jedoch spätestens zum Februar in eine neue Unterkunft zu guten Freund*innen ziehen. Die Zukunft dieser Wohnung ist dadurch ein bisschen ungewiss aber es besteht eine Chance, diese dann weiter zu beziehen/übernehmen.
Maren and Timo are living here right now. They will move out to the end of january so the future of the apartment is a bit uncertain but is a slight chance to take over the contract afterwards.
