gesucht werden ab dem 1. Juni nette Mitbewohner/in für eine 3er WG in Bremen Mitte.
Zu vergeben ist ein unmöbliert Zimmer (25m² groß).
Alles zusammen kosten diese 395 Euro pro Monat.
Einmalig wird dabei eine Kaution von 395 Euro fällig.
Insgesamt ist die WG super ausgestattet und hat so alles was man braucht (Teller, Kühlschrank, Staubsauger, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine im Haus).
Ein gemeinsames Bad, eine schmale Küche mit Balkon und den Keller teilt man sich mit den Mitbewohnern.
Das WG Leben ist wie die Lage hier eher ruhig, es gibt also eine gute Lernatmosphäre.

we are searching for someone to live in our WG at Bremen Mitte beginning at 01/06/2020.
The big unfurnished room has 25 m².
The flat is located very close to the Schlachte, Domsheide, Hauptbahnhof (all within walking distances), and easily accessible by bus/tram lines 1, 2, 3, 25, 26, 27.
The rent is 395 Euro per month (including electricity and internet) and the Kaution is 395 Euro.
The WG is well equipped with kitchen utensils, fridge, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine etc
We share the bathroom, the kitchen (with balcony) and the basement.
Life in this WG is usually quiet so you have a good learning atmosphere.
