Helles großes Zimmer (ca. 20 Quadratmeter), das auf Wunsch teilmöbliert vermietet werden kann und in der schönen Parkallee liegt. Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel (entweder zum 1.08.20 oder zum 1.09.20).
Gemeinsam teilen wir uns das Bad und eine große Küche. Die Kosten betragen alles inklusive 380 Euro monatlich und die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete.
Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit ein weiteres kleines Zimmer (ca. 14 Quadratmeter) dazu zu mieten. Bei Interesse gerne nachfragen :).
Die Lage ist traumhaft, super zentral, in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof und zum Bürgerpark. Das Viertel und Mitte ist auch ganz nah. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Perfekt auch für Pendler!
Der Balkon geht nach hinten raus und ist sonnig und ruhig.
Ich bin über 60 und im künstlerischen Bereich tätig. Ich wünsche mir eine nette Mitbewohnerin ab Mitte Dreißig.
