The apartment has a large living room with a balcony, kitchen, bathroom with a bath/shower and two bedrooms. The available bedroom has a large chest of drawers, a very comfortable double bed, a clothes rack and shelving. The bedroom (and whole apartment) is very light.
The apartment would be shared with my flatmate (30 female from Austria), and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (blenders, cooking utensils etc., gas stove, washing machine), making it an ideal base short-term whilst looking for somewhere more permanent to move into.
Underneath the apartments there is a cellar where you can lock your bike away safely, although Schwachhausen is generally a good area for leaving bikes outside...
The flat is in a super convenient location for public transport (line 6 which goes directly to the Airport and the University), for food shopping and the Bürgerpark can be reached within a few minutes walking. By bike, you can reach the university in 5-10 minutes and the town centre within 10-15 minutes.
