Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und hat eine Schrankwand, sowieso den Zugang zum Südbalkon. Warm kostet es 304€ (inkl. Strom, Internet, etc.) und ist bis zum 30.9.2019 frei. Danach wird die WG aufgelöst, da der Vermieter Eigenbedarf angemeldet hat.
Da ich einige meiner Möbel verkaufen werde und du vielleicht noch welche brauchst, ist das Zimmer nicht zwingend unmöbliert.
Die Lage ist einfach nur top. Im Zimmer ist es sehr ruhig, da es nach hinten zu den Gärten der Nachbarn gelegen ist. Zum Viertel sind es nur 10 min zu Fuß. Die Haltestelle Holleralle ist eine Minute vom Haus entfernt. Dort fährt die 1 und die 4. Die 6 zur Uni und die 8 (am Stern) sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.
Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind super lieb. Malina arbeitet und Janosch studiert, aber arbeitet nebenbei auch. Beide sind entspannt und ruhige Typen.
