Das 18qm Zimmer in unserer Schwachhausener WG sucht zum 01. September eine Nachmieter*in. Das Zimmer ist durch die große Fensterfront und die Fenstertür zum Balkon recht hell, kann aber durch die Rolläden an den Fenster in der Nacht auch gut abgedunkelt werden.
Das Zimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon, welcher mit einer Couch und vielen Pflanzen zum Entspannen einlädt. Der Boden ist Laminat und die Wände sind weiß und blau gestrichen.
Der Schnitt ist rechteckig, es gibt keine schrägen und durch die hohe Decke ist das Zimmer entsprechend geräumig.
Sollte Interesse bestehen, können bestimmte Möbel nach Absprache übernommen werden.
Zur WG gehört noch ein großer Kellerraum, in dem auch mehrere Fahrräder Platz finden und ein Stauraum sowie ein Trockenplatz auf dem Dachboden.
Einen Geschirrspüler haben wir in der Wohnung und eine Waschmaschine für unsere WG ist im Keller.

The 18sqm room in our flat share in Schwachhausen is looking for a new tenant by September 1st. The room is quite bright due to the large window front and the French door to the balcony but can also be darkened well at night by the shutters on the windows.
The room has direct access to the balcony, which invites you to relax with a couch and lots of plants. The floor is laminate, and the walls are painted white and blue.
The room is rectangular, there are no sloping walls, that, together with the high ceiling makes the room correspondingly spacious.
If you are interested, certain pieces of furniture could also be taken over. The flat share has a large basement room, which also has space for several bicycles; as well as a storage space and a drying area in the attic.
We have a dishwasher in the apartment and a washing machine for our flat share is in the basement.
Die WG liegt in Schwachhausen direkt an der Tram Emmastraße, Supermärkte sind mit Rewe, Edeka und Netto auch in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und in der Nähe gibt es regelmäßig einen Wochenmarkt.
Durch die Nähe zum Bürgerparkt und zur Tram gibt es die Möglichkeit in wenigen Minuten im Grünen oder in der Innenstadt zu sein. Die Fahrradstraßen laden zum Radfahren ein.
Schwachhausen selbst bietet ein paar Cafés, das Viertel ist jedoch auch schnell erreichbar.

The flat share is in Schwachhausen directly on the Emmastraße tram, supermarkets such as Rewe, Edeka and Netto can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot and there is a regular weekly market nearby.
Due to the proximity to the Bürgerpark and the tram, it is possible to be in the park or in the city center in just a few minutes. The bicycle streets invite you to cycle.
Schwachhausen itself has a few cafés, but the Viertel is not far.
In der WG leben Studenten und Arbeiter gleichermaßen. Es ist meist jemand in der WG aber wir sind auch oft unterwegs. Zu deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohnern gehören Alberto, ein sozialer und artistischer Mensch; Evgenia, sie studiert und lehrt Sprachen sowie Dhruv, ein häufiger Koch und engagierter Ingenieur-Student.
