Wir vermieten zum 1.7. ein 20qm großes Zimmer (+ 2. Ebene, ca. 15 qm) im Steintor, für 290€ warm!
Internet, Telefon und sonst auch alles, ist schon im Preis mit drin. Die Kaution von 500€ kommt noch dazu.
Wir sind (mit dir) zu fünft, es gibt eine wirklich große, offene Wohnküche, 1 Badezimmer mit Wanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine, 1 kleines Bad, 1 großer Dachboden und eine Wg-Katze.
Du kannst zwischen 18 und 80 Jahren alt sein (alles andere ist Verhandlungssache...), dein Geschlecht und wie du dich ernährst, ist uns egal.
Alles weitere kannst du auch direkt erfragen oder dir einen Termin abholen.
