Dein Zimmer liegt nach hinten raus und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Ausserdem hat das Zimmer einen Balkon.
Das Zimmer kann möbliert gemietet werden. Ausser einem Bett ist alles vorhanden. Solltest du keine Matratze haben, bekommen wir die bestimmt auch organisiert.
Die Wohnung hat 2 gleich große Zimmer, eine kleine Küche und ein kleines Bad.
Die Lage ist super : in 5 Minuten bist du bei der Straßenbahn, in 10 Minuten am Stadion und in 7 Minuten an der Weser.
Du würdest mit mir zusammen wohnen :
ich bin 31, arbeite als Lehrerin für Deutsch als Fremdsprache und studiere nochmal.
Da ich relativ viel zu tun habe, suche ich im Idealfall eine Mitbewohnerin, der es ähnlich geht und die es Zuhause gern ruhig und unkompliziert hat.
Putzen, Lebensmittel teilen usw. können wir gern gemeinsam besprechen.

The room and the flat have everything you might need (except a mattress, but I´m sure we can find) and a balcony. The flat has 2 rooms, a small kitchen and a small bathroom with shower.
You would live with me, Jana (31 years old). I´m working as teacher for German as foreign language and study again at University. Therefore I´m quite occupied and so I´m ideally looking for someone female who also likes to have an easygoing and calm living together.
