The apartment is owned by Galileo Residenz and is on the 1st floor with elevator next to the apartment. The room is available in a 8 room shared apartment with one common kitchen and lounge area. This is not sublease and the contract will be on your own name and my contract will end as soon as you take over the room. So you can easily do the city registration with the new address. The length of the contract is flexible and can be agreed upon with the Galileo Residenz (https://www.galileoresidenz.de/de/wohnen/#c257).
The dimensions of the place are:
1. Room : 17.5 sqm
2. Kitchen : 16 sqm
3. Washroom : 4 sqm
The washroom is big and is attached with the room itself so you have your own personal bathroom/washroom. The room is all furnished with a queen size bed, working table with shelves, drawers, cupboard, under the bed drawer, side table, one chair.
Kitchen : The kitchen was renovated recently in March 2021. There are refrigerators and freezers with enough space for everyone. The kitchen is also equipped with following:

Lounge Room : The lounge room is joined with the kitchen and you can relax on the sofa and watch TV or have a small gathering.

You get the best location to stay in as it is in the University of Bremen and well connected with trams and bus stops. The tram stop is barely 5 minutes away. For groceries, Aldi is 10 minutes away. Also, there is big garden infront of the whole complex which gives a very nice opportunity to relax in the sun or watch dogs play. The area is very quiet and you would never feel disturbed by any kind of noise. The building is maintained and cleaned by the Galileo authority and you can contact them for any kind of issues.
The apartment has students from University of Bremen and Jacobs University. Everyone is very open-minded and helpful.
Most of the people are busy studying and sometimes you would see them cooking in the kitchen together. The best part of the co-living is that you will not feel alone and can cook together on weekends. There is no problem even if you do not participate. The flatmates maintain cleanliness and therefore there is monthly inspection by the Galileo where they check and make sure the common areas are clean or not.
You have to be a student at the university to take the contract with Galileo.
