Wir bieten in unserer 3er-WG ein freundliches 12 qm Zimmer für ca. 260-270 € warm (inklusive Telefon / Internet-Flatrate) + einmalig 208,- Kaution. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und hell, hat sehr hohe Decken und befindet sich in einer Altbauwohnung mit kleinem Balkon, kleinem Bad und großer Küche im Herzen von Walle.
Einige Möbel (Bett, Schrank, Stuhl, kl. Tisch) sind schon da. Die Vormieterin möchte für die Möbel einen Beitrag von ca. 100€, wenn Du dich entscheidest, sie zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung liegt im vorderen, city-nahen Teil von Walle. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke (Walle Center, Netto, Penny, Gemüsehändler, …). Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 10 min. in die City, 20-25 zur Uni (oder ins Viertel) und vielleicht 5 zur Kunsthochschule in der Übersestadt. Die Straßenbahnlinien 2, 3, 10 sowie Buslinien 20 und 26 fahren ganz in der Nähe.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Christian (52), Webdesigner und Comic-Zeichner, sowie Christoph (47), Spieleentwickler und Meeresbiologe. Wir sind viel zu Hause und arbeiten im Homeoffice, quatschen uns aber auch gerne mal in der Küche fest.
Alles Weitere können wir gerne persönlich besprechen. Normalerweise ziehen wir einen persönlichen Eindruck vor, können aber natürlich auch einen Videochat organisieren.
