Hey, ihr leckeren Wohnungssuchenden.
eine wunderschöne Wohnung mitten in Walle mit großen Zimmern, hohen Fenstern und einer super Lage. Supermärkte und Haltestellen, sowie Spätis und Kneipen sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Dort könnt Ihr nun ab dem 01.10.19 (Datum noch ein wenig flexibel) einziehen!
Eines fehlt aber noch. Wir sind noch auf der Suche nach eine/n/r netten Mitbewohner/in, die Lust auf ein entspanntes und geselliges Zusammenleben haben.
Wir sind zwei witzige Chaoten, die Lust auf Spielabende mit Bier oder Wein oder beidem haben, auch ein bisschen kochen können und eventuell auch mal den ein oder anderen schlechten Witz reißen. Schreibt uns gerne ein paar Sätze über euch und dann kann man sich ja mal auf ein Bierchen treffen und schauen, ob das passt!
Zu der Wohnung: Es sind vier Zimmer, die ein wenig ungleiche Größen haben, sich aber gut aufteilen lassen, eine gemütliche Küche, Flur und Bad. Alle haben hohe Decken, schöne Altbaufenster und Charme. Keine Sorge, auf den Bildern sieht es ein wenig unordentlich aus, so wird es beim Einzug (hoffentlich) nicht sein!
Wir haben auf jeden Fall Lust, ein richtig nettes Zuhause aus der Wohnung zu zaubern und auch ein wenig Arbeit reinzustecken. Im Besten Fall habt ihr da auch Bock drauf und wenn ihr richtig verrückt drauf seid schreibt Ihr uns einfach.

a beautiful apartment in the middle of Walle with big rooms, high windows and a great location. Supermarkets and bus stops, as well as bars and pubs are only a stone's throw away. There you can move in from 01.10.19 (date still a bit flexible)!
But one is still missing. We are still looking for a nice roommate who wants to live together in a relaxed and sociable way.
We are two funny chaotic people, who want to play with beer or wine or both, who can cook a little and maybe even make some bad jokes. Write us a few sentences about you and then you can meet for a beer and see if it fits!
To the apartment: There are four rooms, which have a little bit different sizes, but can be divided well, a cosy kitchen, corridor and bathroom. All have high ceilings, beautiful old windows and charm. Don't worry, it looks a little messy on the pictures, it won't be like this (hopefully) when you move in!
In any case, we feel like conjuring up a really nice home from our flat and putting in a little work. In the best case you are also up for it and if you are really crazy on it you simply write us.
Unter den drei Stadtteilen im Bremer Westen zählt Walle zu den am schnellsten sich entwickelnden Stadtteilen von Bremen. Multikulturell und bunt - Hafenstandort mit Geschichte und dem neuen Quartier Überseestadt.
Kulturelle Vielfalt und eine vergleichsweise junge Bevölkerung kennzeichnen heute den Stadtteil. Walle verfügt über eine gute Infrastruktur, die heute zunehmend auch Studenten und Künstler anzieht.
In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sowie Apotheken und Ärzte, Schulen, Berufsfachschule und Kindergärten, ein Krankenhaus, in direkter Nähe das Waller Seebad und Hallenbad, Eislaufhalle, Parks und Gärten sowie Spielplätze und viele, viele Restaurants.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auch die Waterfront Bremen und die Überseestadt mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten ist sehr gut zu erreichen.
Gut zu wissen! Wer in Walle wohnt, darf sich über den Grünzug West freuen, eine grüne Fahrradstrecke, die Sie bis in die Bremer City führt.

Among the three districts in the west of Bremen, Walle is one of the fastest developing districts in Bremen. Multicultural and colourful - port location with history and the new Überseestadt quarter.
Cultural diversity and a comparatively young population characterise the district today. Walle has a good infrastructure that increasingly attracts students and artists.
Nearby are numerous shopping facilities for daily needs as well as pharmacies and doctors, schools, vocational schools and kindergartens, a hospital, in the immediate vicinity the Waller Seebad and indoor swimming pool, skating rink, parks and gardens as well as playgrounds and many, many restaurants.
Public transport is just a few minutes walk away.
The Waterfront Bremen and the Überseestadt with its many leisure facilities are also within easy reach.
Good to know! Those who live in Walle can look forward to the Grünzug West, a green cycle route that takes you all the way to the city centre of Bremen.
