Hello future roommate, a roommate is moving out, that's why we're looking forward to seeing you and some fresh vibes in our flatshare.
In order to be able to move in with us, you must be enrolled at a public university in the federal state of Bremen! The rooms are about 16 square meters and furnished (built-in closet, desk, chair, two shelves, and a bed).
Cost: €307 (warm). Internet is included (cable). In addition, there are only costs for the washing machines in the dormitory (2 € laundry, 2 € dryer) and 10 € per month for the "WG Kasse" (this also finances radio fees and collective things for the WG).
The location here is central but still nice and green and quiet. The bus stop "Weidedamm Süd" is right in front of the door. From there the bus goes to Am Brill and Domsheide. The 26 and 27 to the main station are within 8 mins. walking distance. The main train station can also be reached in 8 minutes by bike or in 16 minutes on foot. The Bürgerpark is practically our garden for us 😉. Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann, and the post office can be reached by bike in 5-10 minutes and on foot in less than 10-15 minutes. The university can be reached by bike in 15 minutes and the HS in 20.
It never gets boring in our flatshare, everyone is up for fun, but also up for deep talk. We like to cook together in the evening, watch films and series, have brunch together and in summer we also like to sit on our balcony, do sports or music together and party, we can call ourselves a "party WG".
We are the K3 Kingdom and everyone is always welcome. Paulo (26) is from Bolivia 🇧🇴, a melomaniac, the WG's DJ, studies sociology and always up to have “deep” talks. Rohan (24) from India 🇮🇳, studies microelectronics, he's the chef of the WG, so if you're broke or hungover, he'll definitely help you. Adham (24) Syrian 🇸🇾, studies digital media, gamer of the wg, he's always up for lighting a J's if you know what that means.... 😉 Maroua (23) from Morocco 🇲🇦 loves a lots of tea, wine and karaoke. Rocio (21) from Spain 🇪🇸, she moved in for a couples of months, we know she likes to party. Saskia (23) German 🇩🇪 she’s studies cultrural sciences and it’s passionate about art and Merve (2
4) 🇹🇷 she’s finishing her erasmus, you’ll be getting her room.
