Wir wohnen im ersten und zweiten Stock eines Zweifamilienhauses. Zu vermieten ist das Zimmer, das sich im ersten Stock befindet, mit einer gesamten Größe von 20 m². Sonne hat man bereits morgens bis zum späten Nachmittag, also ein schön helles Zimmer.
Die Miete beträgt 343.06 € plus ein 325€ Deponat. In den angegebenen Mietkosten sind die Nebenkosten, Internet und GEZ bereits enthalten. Ferner sind wir stolze Besitzer einer Waschmaschine und eines kleinen Balkons.
Unsere Wohnung besteht neben unseren Zimmern aus einer Küche, einem großen Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Tageslicht sowie einem kleinen Gäste-WC.
Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, aber wenn Sie Interesse haben, kann ich ein gebrauchtes Sofa, einen Sessel und einen Kleiderschrank kostenlos überlassen.

We are living on the first and second floor of a two-family house. The room is located on the first floor and has 20 m². The room has two big windows which face east and thus is very bright and sunny.
The rent is 343.06 € per month which includes everything (including internet, GEZ). The Kaltmiete is 229.90 €, Nebenkosten are 94.67 € and internet + GEZ are 18.50 €
In addition to all of the usual things we do have a washing machine, a microwave and a small balcony. Our apartment contains our rooms, a kitchen, a guest-toilet and a big bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
The room is not furnished, but if you are interested I can leave a used sofa, an armchair and a wardrobe free of charge. Pictures will be added in the following days.
Wir wohnen an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße am (guten) Rand von Walle. ;) Ich finde es sehr hübsch hier mit den kleinen Lädchen und nette Nachbarn gibt es auch. Die Supermärkte und die sind Straßenbahnstationen gleich in der Nähe. Die Haltestelle Wartburgstraße (2, 10) ist in fünf Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus 28 ist man in ca. 20 Minuten bei der Uni (Tür zu Tür). Zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Waller Bahnhof sind es jeweils 10 Minuten mit dem Rad und auch die Innenstadt liegt nur 15 Radfahr-Minuten entfernt.

We live in quiet street in Walle (a district of Bremen). The neighborhood is very nice with lots of shops, restaurants and friendly neighbors.
Multiple supermarkets, tram and bus stations are less than 5 minutes from our apartment. We are 10 min away from Hbf and city center. To the University you can take the Bus 28 (door to door only 20 min).
We are not a party WG but we have a very nice and cosy atmosphere at home. We enjoy hanging out in the kitchen and watching movies. We also appreciate some peace and quiet in our own rooms after a long day of work. Since not all of us speaks German, we mostly speak in English here.
