Mein Praktikum neigt sich dem Ende und somit wird mein helles WG-Zimmer im 6. Bezirk frei!
Das Zimmer (Zimmer 1) ist 13+5qm² (5qm² durch das Bett auf der zweiten Etage) groß. Es gibt einen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, eine Couch, einen Couchtisch und einen Spiegel. Es ist ein Parkettboden verlegt und verfügt über WLAN, einen Heizkörper und eine Klimaanlage.
In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Bäder mit jeweils einer Dusche. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine.
Du solltest am besten 6 Monate bleiben, gerne auch länger.

It is rented furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a couch, a coffee table and a mirror. Furthermore, it has a parquet floor and has a 2nd floor where the bed is located.
Of course it also has wifi, heating and air conditioning.
In the flat there are 2 bathrooms with a shower on each.
Washing mashine and dishwasher are also in the flat.
Minimum stay is 6 months, but you are welcome to stay longer.
Die Wohnung ist auf der Teréz körút, in der Nähe vom Nyugati Bahnhof. Auf der Karte ist es falsch markiert, es ist nicht direkt am Nyugati Bahnhof!

Hauptstationen des öffentlichen Verkehrs gelegen (Straßenbahn 4 und 6) "Oktogon" und "Nyugati".
Du erreichst von hier ziemlich alle Unis recht schnell, viele Bars und die Attraktionen der Pester Seite sind fußläufig. Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
The apartment is centrally located in Teréz körút between Oktogon and Nyugati train station in 6th district, best infrastructure, top location for students and expats, all the major universities in 10-20 minutes away.

Unser WG-Leben ist super entspannt und wir sind in einem sehr guten Verhältnis zueinenader. Insgesamt sind wir zu 5. und mit meinem Auszug bleibt die 4er Konstellation noch eine Weile so bestehen. Wir sind zwischen 20 und 27 Jahren und die meisten sind Internationals, die hier studieren (Erasmus) oder für ein Praktikum hier sind.
Wir sind alle offen für Vorschläge und dafür, gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen. Da wir alle recht beschäftigt sind, kannst du dich gut zurückziehen und hast genug Freiraum!
Ab und zu gehen wir zusammen aus oder kochen etwas gemeinsam.
As for the togetherness, you can withdraw, but also start something with the others. Overall, everyone is very nice and open to suggestions. We are all quite busy, but manage to eat together or go out together sometimes.
The flat is perfect for international students due to its convenient and central location, but is also ideal for expats, from Erasmus semester to long-term rent, everything is possible :)
