Liebe Leute,
ich wohne schon in Wien und suche eine(n)Nachmieter(in)in meine nette Einzimmerwohnung. Ich liebe diese Wohnung, weil:
- sie niedlich und familiär ist (30 qm, also nicht zu klein und nicht zu gross für eine Person)
- sie auf der Buda-Seite ist, das heisst weg vom lauten, grauen, schmutzigen Stadtzentrum in Pest, aber trotzdem wegen der super Verkehrsanbindung nur 10 Minuten entfernt...
- sie im Grünen ist und ganz hell ist
- sie in der Nähe vom Allee Shopping Mall ist (Kino, Supermarkt, Fitness Center, Apotheke, etc.)
- sie in der Nähe vom Újbuda Medical Center ist.
Die Kaltmiete ist 250 Euro, Nebenkosten sind ca. 50 Euro (natürlich auch abhängig vom Verbraucher).
Es wohnt niemand dort, musste das hier nur angeben.

Die Wohnung liegt an der wichtigsten Strassenbahnlinie 4-6. Viele Buslinien gibt es noch gleich an der Ecke und die neugebaute Metrolinie 4 ist auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung gehört ganz Dir alleine!!
Da ich Deutsch fast auf Muttersprachenniveau spreche, kann ich Dir jeder Zeit behilflich sein (bei anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten stehe ich Dir gerne zur Verfügung:), so wird das Mietverhältnis viel leichter!!
