Hallo Zusammen!
Ab 01.09.2018 (Einzug ab 01.08.2018 auch möglich) bis 31.01.2019 ist ein möbliertes Zimmer (30 qm) in meiner Wohnung (insg. 115 qm) zu vermieten. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer (1 Wohnzimmer + 3 Schlafzimmer). Die Wohnzimmer 30 qm (Couch, TV, Esstisch etc.) ist für gemeinschaftliche Nutzung vorgesehen. Die Zimmer sind mit Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regale, Sessel, Teppich etc. voll eingerichtet. Alle Möbel sind neu.
Bad mit Badewanne und Küche sind ebenfalls neu gestaltet. Die gesamte Wohnung hat 4,10 m lichte Innenhöhe, also sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Zimmer haben jeweils 2 riesengrosse Fenster zur Strasse, und dadurch sind sehr hell.
Die renovierte Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau (guter Zustand) im zentralen IX. Bezirk direkt neben der Semmelweis Uni (Humanmedizin). U-Bahn (Linie 3) sowie andere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ruhig und die Nachbarn echt unkompliziert. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein superschöner Park und die NKE-Uni.
Dein Mitbewohner wird der Matyi (25, Jurist), und zwei Zimmer sind aktuell noch in der WG frei. Was besonders cool an der WG ist, das grosse Wohnzimmer, wo mit deinen Mitbewohnern oder Freunden was unternehmen kannst. Küche ist ebenfalls groß genug für Küchenpartys.
In der Miete/Nebenkosten ist wirklich von A bis Z alles enthalten.
