Schönes helles Zimmer mit Balkon. Ruhiges wg leben, keine Lärmbelästigung. Die Haus aus den 50ern liegt direkt hinter dem Bahnhof, etwas versteckt an der Aller. Es grenzt dabei direkt an das Allerflutgebiet an, welches gepachtet als Garten dient. Unsere WG belegt die erste Etage, unten Wohnt die Vermieterin mit ihrem Mann unf ihrer Tochter, im 2. Stock wohnt die 3. Partei in diesem Haus. Der Weg zum Bahnsteig ist -sollte man mal verschlafen- auch in 3 Minuten machbar, plane aber lieber 5 Minuten ein. NAch Absprache vermietung eventuell auch vorher möglich.
