In unserer schönen WG wird ab dem 1.7. 24 ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist 14, 7qm groß und unmöbiliert. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei schöne große Badezimmer und ein Gäste WC und ist sehr geräumig.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Essecke. Geselligen Kochabenden steht also nichts im Wege!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, somit gibt es eine kleinen zusätzlichen Raum, indem man Sterne gucken kann und ab und zu bei einem Glas Wein und einer Zigarette, den Abend genießen kann =)

We have a free room from 1st of July 2024 in our beautiful WG availble. The room is 14, 7sqm large and will be unfurnished. The apartment has two beautiful large bathrooms and is very spacious.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and a dinner area. So that you could cook together with your new flatmates.
The apartment is on the top floor, so there is a small additional room where you can look at the stars and from time to time enjoy the evening with a glass of wine and a cigarette =)

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen befinden sich fußläufig etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Zum Bahnhof und zur Uni sind es fußläufig etwa 20 Minuten. Das nächste Einkaufszentrum (Blechen Carree), welches zum einkaufen und shoppen einlädt ist in etwa 5 Minuten erreichbar. Dort befindet sich DM, Penny, TK-Maxx und viele andere Geschäfte. Der Altmarkt ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt, falls Du mal was essen oder trinken gehen willst =). Die Spree und einige Parks sind auch gleich in der Nähe, was super zum Joggen, Radfahren oder einfach nur zum Entspannen ist.

The apartment is at the city center. The nearest tram stops are about 5 minutes walk away. The train station and the university are about 20 minutes away by walk. The nearest shopping centre (Blechen Carree), which invites you to go shopping, is about 5 minutes away. There are DM, Penny, TK-Maxx and many other shops. The old market square is also not far away, if you want to have a drink or eat something =). The Spree and some parks are also nearby, which is great for jogging, cycling or just relaxing.

In der WG erwarten dich Björn, tobi und Laila Björn ist Physikstudent im Master und arbeitet nebenbei im Labor. Tobi ist Erzieher und treibt gern Sport. Ich (Laila) arbeite und mache nebenbei eine Weiterbildung im Bereich der Kinder-und Jugendpsychotherapie.
Unser WG Leben ist sehr gechillt und relaxed. Wir sitzen gern mal in der Küche zum quatschen zusammen. Es gibt aber auch Tage, wo jeder sich in seinem Zimmer zurückziehen kann und Ruhe bekommt.
Außerdem sind wir eine internationale WG. Jeder von uns sprich zumindest Englisch, also sollte die Verständigung kein Problem sein. Des Weiteren spreche ich (Laila) noch zusätzlich Polnisch und Russisch.

In the WG lives Björn, Tobi and me (Laila). Björn studies physics in the Masterprogamm and works in a laboratoryjne. Tobi works in a Kindergarden and love sports. Me (Laila) works parttime and studies. I want to become a child and youth therapist.
Our WG life is very chilled and relaxed. We like to sit together in the kitchen and talk togehter. But there are also days when everyone can retire to their room and get some rest.
We are also an international WG. All of us speak at least English, so communication should not be a problem. Me (Laila) also speaks Russian und Polish.

Es ist uns wichtig, das wir ehrlich zueinander sind und ein respektvoller Umgang und verantwortungsbewusstes Miteinander bei uns in der WG herrscht.
Wenn du diese Voraussetzungen erfüllst und wir dein Interesse geweckt haben, komme doch gern vorbei und mache dir ein Bild von unserer WG! Wenn dies nicht möglich ist und du nicht persönlich vorbei kommen kannst, können wir auch gern eine Videokonferenz per Skype oder Whats App starten.
