Ich habe ein freies Zimmer in meiner 70qm Wohnung. Es hat zwar nur 13-14qm, aber es gibt ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer und die Küche ist auch groß und gemütlich und verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist alt mit schönen Holzdielen und sehr zentral gelegen.
Auf dem Bild wirkt das Zimmer recht klein, da zurzeit mein großes Bett drin steht, das kommt aber raus. Den Schrank würde ich drin lassen und hätte außerdem noch ein gutes Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, einen kleinen Tisch sowie ein Regal im Angebot.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, daher gibt es gute Vekehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
