Hallo zusammen,
Ich kann ein Zimmer mit ca. 16qm anbieten, das nach Osten ausgerichtet ist. Hier kommt die Sonne zum wecken vorbei. Der rest der Wohnung ist natürlich voll verfügbar. Eine relativ neue Küche ist verbaut mit allen Geräten die mann so zum leben braucht. Auch eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Bad wurde renoviert und sieht sehr modern aus. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller und ein Trockenraum ist auch vorhanden. Ein Kellerabteil zum unterstellen von „Mitbringseln“ ist auch verfügbar sowie ein Fahrradraum
Die Wohnung liegt am Fuße der Altstadt von Dachau, hier gibt es Restaurants und Bars sowie das Dachauer Schloss mit einer super Aussicht auf München und die dahinter gelegenen Berge :-)
Ich selbst bin 40, arbeite im BMW Umfeld und bin ein geselliger Typ. Ein Bier am Abend, ein Ausflug am Wochenende oder einem gemeinsamen Kochabend steht nichts im Wege. Ich kann sowohl gute Gespräche, Spiele / Fernsehabende oder auch ein ruhiges Miteinander anbieten. Ich respektiere die Wünsche meines Mitbewohner und bin für Veränderungen und Diskussionen immer offen :-)
ich wünsche mit einen Mitbewohner, der auch gerne nach der Befristung noch bleibt. Eine Zweck WG suche ich nicht.
