Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein WG Zimmer in Arheilgen, dass zum 1.3.10 frei wird. Es ist eine WG mit zwei Frauen (20 und 34)und einer Katze. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon und eine voll ausgestattete Wohnkücke(Umluftherd, Spülmaschiene, ect).
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne.
Teilmöblierung nach Absprache möglich.
Man kann zu Fuß in ca. 5-10 Minuten die Straßenbahn erreichen, sowie mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Bäcker, Banken, Videothek, Drogerie, Apotheken, ect.) Auch zum "Theather der Sinne" kann man zu Fuß laufen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Ortsrand, mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Feld und am Wald, also ideal für Sportler!
Wir suchen möglichst eine Nichtraucherin (aber es kann auf dem Balkon geraucht werden) und freundlich solltest du sein! :-)
Also wenn du Interesse hast, kannst du mich gerne abends anrufen (ab 18h) oder am Wochenende, dann machen wir einen Besichtigungstermin aus.
