Hallo zusammen!
Large and bright (two-window) room, in a 4-room fully equiped (dishwasher, washmachine, bathtub, Internet, Telephon, bicycle storage) and beautiful flat.
The flat is on the 2nd. floor (in a two-flat building), and has a cozy living room and balcon with lovely view to sunset. There is also plenty of storage room in the attic (dachboden).
The room is furnished and ready to move in (but it is also possible to have it unfurnished).
The transportation to central Darmstadt is about 15 minutes.
The neighboorhood is residential and calm. Grocery, pharmacy, drugstore, banks, and fruit and vegetable store, etc. are about 5 min. walking (or 2 min with the tram).
It is also suitable for people working-studying in the larger area of Frankfurt, since we are close to the Arheilgen train station, with trams heading to Frankfurt.
You will be sharing the flat with other 2 kind German women. They are both students (psychology and cultural anthropology), and particularly open to not(yet)-good-German-speakers.
It is available to move in on 1st September or earlier.
So if you are interested in this room please write something about you (what are you doing, how old are you, what are you doing). It's possible to visit us on 17.8. between 11 am and 14 pm or after 19 pm.
Many greetings
