Dein neues Zimmer hat ca. 11-12qm, es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses. Es hat ein Fenster und Rolläden. Es hat einen schönen Laminatboden und wurde vor einem Jahr renoviert. Das Zimmer hat ein Gigabit-Netzwerkanschluss. Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse. Alles ist hell und freundlich! :)
Die Küche ist ganz neu (eingebaut im Dezember!) und ist wirklich hübsch. Sie bietet alles, was eine Küche so haben muss. Sie hat ein Ceran-Kochfeld sowie eine Spülmaschine.
Für alle Bewohner des Hauses gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Zum Bad gehört ein WC und eine Badewanne :)
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hell und nett.
In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten (also Strom, Heizung, Internet und Waschmaschine) enthalten.

Your new room has about 11-12 square meters, it is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. It has a window and shutters. It has a nice laminated floor and was renovated a year ago. The room has a gigabit network connection. The apartment itself has a terrace. The apartment is bright and the current residents are friendly! :)
The kitchen is brand new (built in December 2020) and is really pretty. It offers everything a kitchen should have. It has a ceramic hob and a dishwasher.
There is a washing machine for all residents of the house. The bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub :)
The apartment is overall very bright and nice.
The rent includes all additional costs (i.e. electricity, heating, internet and washing machine).

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und gut erreichbar im schönen Darmstädter Stadtteil Arheilgen. In Arheilgen gibt es alle Läden, die man braucht. Egal ob Edeka, Aldi, DM oder sonstiges, ihr findet alles im Ort.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Wer in der Stadt wohnt, kommt mit dem Rad (ca. 10min) schnell an die Uni, oder, wenn das Wetter nicht passt, per Straßenbahn nach Darmstadt (ca. 10min).
English:
The apartment is centrally located and easily accessible in the beautiful Arheilgen district of Darmstadt. In Arheilgen, you can find all the shops that you need. Whether Edeka, Aldi, DM or anything else, you will find everything in town (walking distance).
The traffic connection is very good. If you live in the city, you can quickly get to the university by bike (approx. 10 minutes) or, if the weather is not right, by tram to Darmstadt (also approx. 10 minutes).

English:
Daniel and Shankar (myself) currently live in the apartment. Every now and then all house residents have a barbecue or we organize a game evening. Sometimes we enjoy spending time in the evening having some drinks and talk over good food :)
It would be great if you could write something about your interests and hobbies in your application and you could tell something about yourself. Three lines of inquiries are not answered ...
