WG-Zimmer ab 1.6 in einem Wohnprojekt in Darmstadt.
Wir suchen ab 1.6. eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere 9er-WG in Darmstadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Linconsiedlung und ist 15 Fahrradminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es 3 Minuten.
Die Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und die Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt. Das Zimmer ist 11 m² groß.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Gruppe von Menschen im Alter von 10 bis 62 Jahren. Wir sind Schüler*innen, Student*innen und Berufstätige. Wir teilen unseren Alltag, essen und kochen gerne zusammen und unternehmen an freien Tage manchmal was gemeinsam.
Gemeinsam leben wir im selbstverwalteten Wohnprojekt Heinersyndikat, das Teil des Mietshäuser Syndikat ist. Die Selbstverwaltung bringt regen Austausch und einige Arbeit zusammen mit den ca. 50 Bewohner*innen von 0 bis 62 Jahren mit sich. Im Haus haben wir diverse Gemeinschaftsräume, wie Partykeller, Sportzimmer, Toberaum, Gästezimmer, Zockerraum, unsere Sauna und vieles mehr.
Wir sind eine haustierfreie WG und in der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht.

One oom in a shared flat from 1.6. in a housing project in Darmstadt.
We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat for 8 or 9 people in Darmstadt from 1.6. on. The appartment is located in a quiet side street in the Linconsiedlung and is only 15 minutes by bike from the city center. A tram stop lies within two minutes by foot. The bathrooms, living room and kitchen are shared. The room is 11 m² in size.
We are a mixed group of people from 10 to 62 years old. We are pupils, students and professionals. We share our everyday life, like to eat and cook together and sometimes do things together on days off.
Together we live in the self-managed housing project Heinersyndikat, which is part of the Mietshäuser Syndikat. The self organisation comes with vivid exchange and quite some work together with the other 50 housemates ranging from 0 to 62 years old. In the house we have various common rooms, such as party cellar, sports room, guest room, games room, our sauna and much more.
We are a pet-free non-smoking flat.

Die Kinder in der WG sind 10 und 12 und freuen sich genauso wie die Erwachsenen über neue Mitbewohner*innen, die für Gespräche, basteln, Spielen und gemeinsames Essen zu haben sind.
Im unserem selbstverwalteten Wohnprojekt ist es wichtig, dass sich jede/r engagiert.
Wir teilen viele Ressourcen und unterstützen uns gegenseitig.
