Das Zimmer ist schön geschnitten mit hoher Decke (3m) und mit einem großen Fenster/Fenstertür plus kleinem Balkon, in Richtung Hinterhof. Der Fußboden ist aus dunklem Laminat. Durch die Lage zum Hinterhof, ist es sehr ruhig und das Fenster, nach Osten, lässt viel Licht in das Zimmer.
Direkte Anbindung zur Strassenbahn Linie 1/6/7/8. Eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe: Rewe, Alnatura, Netto, Aldi, Bäckerei, Imbiss, Baumarkt...
