Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/m netten neuen WG-Mitbewohner*in. Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 10 m² groß, hat ein großes Fenster nach Westen und ist dadurch schön hell. Dazu kommt als größtes Zimmer das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, welches wir gemeinsam nutzen, eine kleine, aber voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd und Umluftbackofen, Kaffee-, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Toaster, eigentlich wirklich allem) und ein kleines Bad.
Im Zimmer gibt es zur Zeit ein Hochbett vor dem Fenster, ein paar Regalbretter an der Wand und einen Schreibtisch, die du übernehmen kannst, aber nicht musst.
In den Kosten für das Zimmer sind alle Kalt- und Nebenkosten enthalten (von Internet über GEZ, Gas, Strom und Wasser) - der Mietpreis ist solide kalkuliert, so dass es bei einem bewussten Umgang locker ausreicht.

We are looking for a friendly new housemate. The room is around 10 m² and has a big window towards the west, consequently it is very light. We also have a big living room with a balcony which we are using together. The kitchen is small but fully equipped (fridge and freezer, Microwave, stove and oven, Dish-washer, coffee and washing machine, toaster, basically everything). Finally, we have a small but nice bathroom.
In your future room there is currently a loftbed in front of the window, a few cupboards on the wall and a desk, you can use and have them but you don’t have to.
All utility costs are accounted for in the cost for the room (Internet, GEZ, Gas, Electricity and water) –The rent is calculated sufficiently for a sustainable lifestyle.
Unsere Wohnung liegt für Studies (aber auch für viele andere Menschen) ziemlich ideal. Zur Lichtwiese sind es mit dem Fahrrad bei sportlicher Fahrweise unter 10 Minuten, an der Stadtmitte ist man auch ohne sportliche Ambitionen auf jeden Fall in unter 10 Minuten, zum Campus der hda ist es ein Katzensprung. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist schnell erreicht.
Aber auch ohne Fahrrad ist die Haltestelle Heidelberger Straße in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Rewe, Penny, ein bisschen weiter entfernt auch Alnatura und co.
Der Donnersbergring ist eine relativ viel befahrene Straße. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat sein Fenster nicht zum Donnersberging, wodurch es etwas leiser ist. Trotzdem werden lärmempfindliche Menschen hier wahrscheinlich nicht glücklich. Wir haben uns dran gewöhnt und leben gut damit.
In unserem Haus sind wir die einzige WG, sonst wohnen Familien und Omas im Haus. Eine Party-WG sind wir nicht nur deshalb nicht.

Our flat is located ideally for students (but also for many others). The Lichtwiese is only ten sporty bike minutes away and the city centre can be reached within ten minutes, without any fitness ambitions. The main train station and the campus of the hda is even closer.
Even without a bike one can reach the tram station Heidelberger Straße within a few minutes by foot.
Close by are Aldi, Rewe and Penny further away one can also find Alnatura and other grocery stores.
The “Donnersbergring” is a much used road. Your room will not be located towards the street, therefore it will be quieter. However, if you are sensitive to noise you might not get happy with this location. We got used to it and it does not impact our live in any significant matter.
We are the only flat sharing community (from now one referred to as WG [german abbreviation for flat share]) in our house, the others are mainly family’s and some grannies. Therefore, we are not a party WG.
Mit dir in der WG leben zukünftig Rahel und Johannes.
Rahel (22): Ich studiere an der hda Soziale Arbeit, verbringe gern und viel Zeit in der Oettinger Villa, wo ich u.a. Konzerte mit organisiere, engagiere mich in der Selbsthilfefahrradwerkstatt 20 Grad und mache gerne Urlaub mit Zelt, Freunden, Skat und Fahrrad.
Johannes (33): Ich studiere an der TU Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Bauingenieurwesen und arbeite nebenbei als Zimmermann, bin leidenschaftlicher Radfahrer und trotz meines Studiums ein Idealist.
Wir leben in der WG sehr freundschaftlich zusammen. Wir verbringen also gerne Zeit gemeinsam, sei es beim Frühstücken, Kochen, auf dem Balkon oder auch einfach mal so – nehmen uns aber auch immer mal wieder Zeit für uns.
Generell versuchen wir in der WG nachhaltig zu leben und zu teilen. Ein verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und anderen Ressourcen ist uns wichtig.
Akzeptanz, Offenheit und Rücksichtnahme sind uns im Zusammenleben wichtig. Respectfully, we don't care about your gender, age, nationality or religion. Everyone is welcome!
Aber: Auf Nazis, AFDler(innen) und co. haben wir keine Lust.

Your future housemates are going to be Rahel and Johannes.
Rahel (22): I’m currently studying social work at hda, I spent a lot of time in the Oettinger Villa, in which I, among other things, help to organize concerts. I’m also engaged in the self doing repair store named 20Grad and enjoy going on holiday with a tent, some friends, my bike and Skat (a card game)
Johannes (33): I’m currently studying engineering economics at TU and work as a carpenter next to it. I am a passionate cyclist and despite of my studies and idealist.
We live like friends together. Hence we enjoy to cook and eat together and also to just spent time with each other, however we also take time for ourselves.
We try to live sustainably and to share in our flat. A responsible handling with food and other resources is important to us.
Acceptance, openness and thoughtfullness are important to us.
Respectfully, we don’t care about your gender, age, nationality or religion. Everyone is welcome!
Nevertheless, Nazis, Afd people and co are not wanted.
