Ab dem ersten April (den genauen Einzugstermin können wir individuell besprechen) wird ein Zimmer in unserer wunderschönen, verrückten, lustigen und gemütlichen WG frei. Das Zimmer hat eine schöne Größe, ist quadratisch geschnitten und hat hohe Wände (Altbau), einen wunderschönen Holzboden. Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster, die für Sonne und frische Luft sorgen. Für alle, die es dunkel mögen - es gibt einen Rollladen ;)
Die 364.50 € sind die Gesamtmiete (inkl. WLAN, WG-Kasse, Nebenkosten, etc.).
Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super: von der Haltestelle Landskronstraße (3 Min. entfernt) ist man mit der Tram in circa 8 Minuten am Luisenplatz. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du 15 Min. und fährst einmal quer durchs wunderschöne Bessungen. Rewe, Aldi, Netto, DM und Alnatura liegen direkt um die Ecke (je max. 6 Min.).
Das tolle an der Lage ist die Nähe zur Natur: 7 Min. gehst du zur Orangerie, nach 15 Min. stehst du im Wald.
Wir sind ein aufgeschlossener, liebenswerter, bunter Haufen von Menschen bestehend aus Vivien ( macht Schulbegleitung), Kaan (wird bald einziehen) und Mohammad Ali (studiert Expanded Realities/Game Design).
Unser Alltag ist geprägt von tiefsinnigen und hitzigen Diskussion, entspannten Karten-Spieleabenden, Kochgelagen, Küchendisco, Homekino und spontanen get-togethers in der Küche. Hauptsächlich sprechen wir Englisch.
Gemeinschaft ist uns wichtig, daher wäre es schön, wenn du auch Teil davon werden möchtest. Natürlich brauchen alle mal Zeit für sich, das wird immer respektiert!

From the first of April (we can discuss
the exact move-in date individually) a room in our wonderful, crazy, fun and cozy WG becomes available. The room has a nice size and has high walls (old building), a gorgeous wooden floor. The room has 2 big windows, which is giving you nice light and access to fresh air and sun. For all those who like it dark - there is a shutter ;)
The 364,50 € is the total rent (WLAN, WG cash, utilities, etc. incl.).
The apartment is located on a very quiet street. The transport connection is great: from the stop Landskronstraße (3 min. away) you can reach Luisenplatz by the Tram in about 8 minutes. By bike you need 15 min. and ride through the beautiful Bessungen. Rewe, Aldi, Netto, DM and Alnatura are just around the corner (each max. 6 min.).
The great thing about the location is that it is in the near of nature: 7 min. walk to the Orangerie, after 15 min. you are in the forest.
We are an open-minded, lovable, colorful bunch of people: Vivien (working at a school for a student), Kaan (is moving in soon), Mohammad Ali (studying Expanded Realities/Game Design).
Our everyday life is characterized by profound and heated discussions, relaxed card-game evenings, cooking sessions, kitchen disco, home cinema and spontaneous get-togethers in the kitchen. Mainly we speak English.
Being togehter is important to us, so it would be nice if you would like to spend time with us. Of course everyone needs some time for themselves, that is always respected!
