Ich suche einen Nachmietermensch für mein WG-Zimmer. Hier wohnen Philipp (macht gerade seinen Master), Oleg(Arbeitet als Informatiker) und Lan(studiert an der hda).
Es gibt eine Küche und ein Bad. Ein Mitbewohner wohnt über den Flur. Dort ist ein zweites Bad was man im Notfall auch Mal benutzen kann.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine vollausgestattete Küche. Die Möbel würde ich teilweise gegen eine Übernahme Summe da lassen, aber das kann vor Ort besprechen. Die Couch bleibt auf jeden Fall da und evtl noch das Bett und den Schrank/Komode.
Im Hinterhof kann ein sicherer, überdachter Fahrradstellplatz gemietet werden. (5€/Monat)
Die 400€ sind alles. Also Miete, Strom, Heizen, Internet. Ob es evtl etwas mehr ist wegen den teureren Heizkosten können wir noch nicht abschätzen.
Die 3 fährt genau vor der Tür. Braucht ungefähr 15min zum Bahnhof oder 5min in die Stadtmitte
