Das Zimmer hat eine sehr schöne Fensterfront und eine schöne Aussicht. Es hat einen Fließenboden. Es ist in etwa 14m2 groß.
Lage:
Beste Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und schönste Aussicht direkt aufs Staatstheater. Trotzdem ist das Zimmer ruhig.
Supermarkt, Cafes, Einkaufscenter, Post, hier ist alles in 5 min erreichbar.
WG Leben:
Eure Mitbewohner werden Andy und Sercan sein. Beides gute Typen und angehende Lehrer im Referendariat.
Es ist eine sehr schöne und saubere WG und es wird einmal die Woche gemeinsam geputzt.
Geraucht wird nur auf dem Balkon.
Für meine Möbel:
Bett
Sessel
Kleiderständer
Schreibtisch
hätte ich gerne 100 Euro Abschlag.
Für die Spülmaschine in der Gemeinschaftsküche wären es 125 Euro Abstand. Die gehört euch dann zu dritt.
Mann oder Frau ist egal. Sympathie und Sauberkeit zählt.
