Zum 1. Oktober wird ein Zimmer in dieses 2er WG frei (unmöbliert!). Das Zimmer ist 16 m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster mit elektrischen Rollladen durch die viel Licht dringt. Unsere WG befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss einer renovierten Altbauwohnung.
Die Wohnung ist 45 m² groß, verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten: Heizung, ein WC mit Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine und Handtuch-Heizung sowie einen offenen Wohnbereich (Wohnzimmer-Küche) mit einem Sofa, Spülmaschine, Ofen und Mikrowelle.
Außerdem, gibt es einen Keller, eine kleine Halle für Fahrräder und einen gemeinsamen Garten.
From 1st October, a room in this 2-bed shared flat will be available (unfurnished!). The room is 16 m² in size and has a large window with electric roller shutters through which a lot of light penetrates. Our flat share is located on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building flat.
The apartment is 45 m² and has all amenities: heating, a toilet with bathtub, a washing machine and towel heating as well as a living room-kitchen with a sofa, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
Furthermore, there is a cellar, a small hall for the bicycles and a common garden.
Die Lage der WG ist perfekt für Studenten. Die Hochschule ist gerade einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Die TU Darmstadt ist auch nur 8-9 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke.
In Fußnähe gibt es auch einen Aldi, Real, Rewe und Lidl, sowie eine Apotheke, und alles Weitere kann man mit dem ÖPNV sehr einfach und schnell erreichen.
The location of the shared flat is perfect for students. hda is just 5 minutes away by walk or 2 minutes by bus. The TU Darmstadt is also only 8-9 minutes away by bike. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the bus stop for the H, R and 40 buses. Hence, you can easily arrive at the Main Station either by walk or by bus.
Within walking distance there are also Aldi, Real, Rewe and Lidl, as well as a pharmacy, and everything else can be reached very easily and quickly by public transport.
Du wirst die WG mit Luis (22) teilen. Er studiert soziale Arbeit und ist für jeden Spaß zu haben. Darüber hinaus ist er sehr unkompliziert, angenehm, und immer für nette Unterhaltungen in der Küche, oder einem Bierchen zu haben.
Wir sind garantiert nicht pingelig, trotzdem legen wir Wert auf Sauberkeit, schließlich sollen sich alle wohl fühlen.
You will share the flat with Luis (22), student at the h_da and very likeable. He is very uncomplicated and pleasant, and is open for nice conversations in the kitchen, as well as for sharing a beer.
We guarantee not to be fussy, but nevertheless cleaning is quite important since, after all, everyone should feel comfortable.
