Ein Zimmer ist frei in einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe!
Das Zimmer ist recht groß (14m^2) und hell im zweiten Stock gelegen. Die Fenster blicken auf die Hauptstraße, die für manche Leute laut sein könnte. Der Raum ist komplett leer und musst selbst möbliert sein. Es gibt einen kleinen Flur, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer, die alle in gutem Zustand sind und alles bieten, was man braucht.
Das Zimmer ist recht groß (14m^2) und hell im Zweiten Stock gelegen. Die Fenster gehen zum ruhigen Hof hin. Das Zimmer ist komplett leer und muss selber mobilisiert werden. Flur, Küche und Bad sind in gutem Zustand und bieten alles was man so braucht.
Das Zimmer muss zeitnah vermietet sein (ab sofort!)

A room is available in 2 room apartment close to the city center!
The room is quite big (14m^2) and bright located on the second floor. The windows face the main street which might be noisy for some people. The room is completely empty and you have to mobilize it yourself. There is a small hallway, kitchen and bathroom and they are all in good condition and offer everything you need.
The room has to be rented as soon as possible!
Die nächste Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle heißt Rhein-/Neckarstraße und kann zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreicht werden. Mit dem Fahrrad (kann in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden) ist man in 5 Minuten an der TU-Stadtmitte, in 2 Minuten an der HDA und in 15 Minuten an der TU-Lichtwiese.
The next bus and train stop is called Rhein-/Neckarstraße and can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. By bike (can be parked in the underground car park) you can reach the TU city center in 5 minutes, the HDA in 2 minutes and the TU-Lichtwiese in 15 minutes.
Da die Wohnung aus 2 Zimmern besteht, wirst du meine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Zu meiner Person: Ich bin Zeyad, 27 Jahre alt, Masterstudent an der TU Darmstadt und wohne seit April 2021 in dieser Wohnung und habe mich an das Wohnheim gewöhnt. Ich habe totalen Respekt vor jedem, der mit mir zusammenlebt und ich mag es immer mit meinen Mitbewohnern zu quatschen und eine sehr freundliche Kommunikation zu führen.
Since the apartment consists of 2 rooms, you will become my new roommate. About me: I'm Zeyad, 27 years old, master's student at TU Darmstadt and I've been living in this apartment since April 2021 and I've gotten used to the dorm, I have total respect for whoever lives with me and I always like to have a chat and a very friendly communication with my roommates.
Preis: Die Miete liegt zwischen 405€ - 435€ inkl. allem außer Strom, die Kaution liegt zwischen 750€ und 800€ (Das Zimmer wird vom Bauverein vermietet werden und sie haben mir nicht gesagt was wäre der genaue Preis der Miete😅)
Price: The rent is between 405€ - 435€ including everything except electricity, the insurance deposit is between 750€ and 800€. (The room will be rented from Bauverien and I wasn't told about the exact price of the rent 😅)
Du musst als Student immatrikuliert sein, um in diesem Wohnheim wohnen zu dürfen.
