Ich verbringe den Winter in Barcelona, weshalb ich mein sehr geschätztes Zimmer untervermiete.
Inklusive gibt es tolle Mitbewohner*innen, eine super Hausgemeinschaft und mein Möbiliar.
Du würdest den Luxus eines ergonomischen Arbeitsplatzes genießen (höhenverstellbarer Tisch und Stuhl), Musikanlage mit Plattenspieler, viel Stauraum, Dartscheibe und wenn du gerne Sport treibst, lasse ich dir gerne auch Volleyball, Frisbee und Co. da.

as i am going to study 6-8 months in barcelona i want to sublet my beloved room.
i would leave my furniture and my plants and hope to find someone who likes to take care and feel like home. you would also be living with my very great flatmates and should be interested in making friends with them. ;-)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Innenstadt, unweit der Haltestelle Rhein-Neckarstraße, in einer Art Hinterhaus.
Hier ist es deswegen sehr ruhig. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Parkplatz und ein kleiner Grünstreifen, den man zum chillen und grillen benutzen kann.
Durch die Lage in der Innenstadt ist alles nicht weit. Du bist überall in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Rad, egal ob Uni Stadtmitte, Bahnhof oder Herrengarten, alles vor der Tür und Nahversorgung sowieso.
our flat is very well located in the heart of darmstadt. you can reach any destination within 10 minutes by bike and do your shopping, reach nearest parks or university even within 5-10 by foot.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich recht familiär mit gemeinsamem Kochen und Unternehmungen. Wir sind generell eine sehr musikalische WG mit viel Energie und Tatendrang. Alle aber auch gut eingespannt in Arbeit, Uni und Hobbys. ;-)
Zu den Mitbewohner*innen:
Didem (28) Diplomierte Kommunikationsdesignerin, arbeitet in einer Agentur in Darmstadt und legt nebenbei gern mal ein paar Platten auf. Sie ist auch eine begnadete Bäckerin und macht sehr guten Karottenkuchen und engagiert sich im Osthang e.V.
Elias (28) studiert Sound und Musik Produktion und steht auch gern mal bis in die Morgenstunden hinter den Decks als DJ und liefert sich ab und an LOL schlachten. Aktuell schmiedet er Pläne um ein eigenes Soundsystem zu bauen. Er wird im Winter ein Prakiktum in München machen, daher wird auch hier eine neue tolle Person in der Sauna zwischenmieten. :-)
Unser lieber Fred wird im September nach Weimar ziehen, weshalb aktuell noch ein/e neue/r im Bunde gesucht wird.
Wir nehmen viel Rücksicht aufeinander und treffen Entscheidungen gemeinsam, es gibt einen Putzdienst der alle 2 Wochen fällig ist, ansonsten sind wir recht ordentlich und sauber, haben große Freundeskreise und schmeißen auch ab und an mal ne WG-Party.
Der/Die neue Mitbewohner*in sollte etwas WG-Erfahrung mitbringen, Lust haben, sich in einer familiären Atmosphäre, aktiv am WG Leben zu beteiligen, eigene Ideen einzubringen und gemeinsam ne gute Zeit zu haben. 😊
as there are some changes going to happen the next months, you would mainly live with my great flatmate didem.
she is curious about design and music and working 4 days a week. besides she is helping out at osthang and doing sports. as all of us, she is quite busy but still happy about a nice chat or sharing a meal.
fred will move to weimar in september so there is gonna be a great new flatmate soon you would live with.
elias will spend 4-6 months in munich in winter, so you might get to know him at the end of your stay. you can be sure that he will sublet his room to a friendly welcoming person as well, that would be your flatmate then. ;-)
many students and young workers live in this house and we are well connected. so you can be sure that this place is a great chance for you to settle in darmstadt and make friends!
Bitte melde Dich mit Information, was Du so treibst, wie Du dir das WG Leben vorstellst und deinem gewünschten Ein- und Auszugsdatum, falls du schon etwas früher einziehen wolltest/etwas länger bleiben wolltest o.Ä. könnten wir sicher Lösungen finden.
