My name is Kevin. I am a student at TU Darmstadt. I am leaving Germany to my home country, so I am subletting it for 2 months.
I am searching for a roomate in place of my absence in my apartment. Kindly read the specifications below.
Available From: October 1 possible to start from 15th.
Until: November 30th
NOTE: Sublet without contract.
About the Apartment:
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It has an open balcony, viewing towards the park. A big living hall, with a kitchen separately. Two toilets, one with a bathtub.
About Rent fee:
Monthly: 340 euros
Deposit: 200 euros
The Apartment is located in Noackstrasse, which is a student WG. You can get to rewe, Aldi and dm by a 8 min walk. You can get to the tram station within 5mins walk. From tram to Luisenplatz takes around 10mins only. There is a Park nearby, which is an amazing destination for relaxing and chilling.
All are the students from TU Darmstadt. They are really friendly. We all gather together at the weekends and enjoy our time.
Waschmaschine is placed in Keller. An amount of 2 Euro is required to wash. Same for the dryer. Parking of cycle can be made inside the Keller garage. Cupboards are already fixed in the room.
