Das Zimmer ist nachträglich in die Wohnung dazu gebaut worden, es ist trotzdem sehr geräumig. Es ist zwar das kleinste Zimmer der WG, dies ist aber auch in der Miete so berechnet. Das Zimmer besitzt zwei große Fenster und ist dadurch sehr hell.

Die WG liegt direkt in der Innenstadt. Der Luisenplatz ist in 3 Mi zu Fuß erreichbar, von dort aus kommt man mit Bus und Bahn easy überall hin.
Die TU Gebäude sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, HDA und andere Unigebäude sind mit Bus und Bahn auch in Wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Das WG -Leben ist sehr offen und frei, die Mitbewohner sind offen für Aktivitäten, aber sind auch in der Lage ihre Zeit eigenständig zu verbringen. Sie sind auf jeden fall sehr anpassungsfähig. Putzen und andere Haushalts Aufgaben, werden im Zweifel Individuell abgesprochen und wünsche entgegengenommen.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Die Vermietung und die Kündigung des Zimmer war einfach und auch Kurzfristig möglich (nur einen Nachmieter muss man selber finden sonst gilt die Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten).
